I'm so terrible with names, there's only one guy that works there and his name is Josh the reason why I remember that is because I brought my son in there with me. Of course they started talking etc. him and the girls I can't stress enough how polite they are! And I will tell you this if you ain't been in there in a long time they still know what you smoke it amazes me. More than anything they're very have been so compassionate to me, your sister wonderful place to go they greet you they help you in anyway they can!!! P. S. I gatta admit I was a little jealous coming in and seeing just how much product they have available for all different types of customers that come in. The two females working july 6th and josh were super helpful and respectful. I left a few recommendations on some disposables with low return/exchange rates and are more easily affordable for the 20 and under dollar customers and the lady listens and actually took some notes on it. The employees here are excellent and made this pit stop very worth it. I will be returning for all my roomates pipe tobacco needs from now on and will probably explore the delta and kratom selections for a trial basis due to the affordable prices at this location. In times like these quality and affordability doesn't go hand in hand like it used to but not the case with this french vanilla tobacco i picked up for 5.99. Thank yall so much...

I have been going to tobacco paradise for years and never had problems. I love their in house vape juice (coffee,caramel) but this time the caramel did not taste right. I picked them up on a Saturday didn't use them till Sunday and realized the problem. Their store is closed on Sundays so I go Monday the new girl says no manager's I have to come back tomorrow. So I called first this time and the lady telks me because it's been a week (not exactly) I can't change the liquids out but will give me 5 % off some more liquid. So I hung up the phone. I'm sorry but I don't have extra money for liquid. I can't work and my son buys my liquid for me. I have had to make it work.
