I have been a customer for the past 12 years at the location 1770 Decker Dr. Baytown, TX 77520. After this experience a few minutes ago, I WILL NEVER RETURN. The heavy-set Hispanic man in the blue shirt at the drive thru window has no idea of quality customer service or any type of Management skills. I pulled up after using the mobile application 15 minutes prior to only be treated disrespectful by this man listed above. He informed me the double cheeseburger is not ready please pull forward with the other 3 cars waiting, I said how long, he shrugs and says can’t tell you please pull forward you are running up my time at the window ?
I pulled forward with agitation and patiently waited 5 minutes, the rep went to the other 3 cars with my order, and they said the wrong car, then I was handed 2 plain double cheeseburgers, which I didn’t order and no cookie. The drive through lane was clear because all the cars were waiting in parking 1-4. I backed up and he said oh yes the cookie is in the oven, please pull forward or I will call the police and pulled his cell phone out and turned his back, closed the window and walked away ? Please watch your video for proof. I will never return, and I am cancelling my mobile application.
Please my last request is to speak to the Regional or Divisional Manger for this location so I can express my concerns and inform them of the issues that is only driving business away from this location, example myself.

Honked my horn to get someone’s attention they never came. Once I continued to honk it they then showed with no food in hand and nothing on the status of my food. She called the manager to take it off the manager asked me why I didn't want it with an attitude. The cashier said that was my mistake she still rolled her eyes and refunded me my $6. Pulled up to the pickup window, and the young guy they're told me it was going to be a five-minute wait because I change my order and could I pull up to the next window. I said no I'll wait because I did not change my order the cashier added something to my order I never said. He came back and told me I need to go to the next window and wait because the person behind me had a small order and they're waiting and their food would get cold. I said too bad they've been waiting all this time and I'm still waiting so we'll wait together. Same manager comes with an attitude and ask him in a move I told her no I'll wait for my food.
