I was at the beach with mall today at Kay Jewelers and my mother's chain had broke this morning she passed away September of last year and she have had a cross for almost 60 years and it broke and I was in a panic and I called Kay Jewelers and I spoke to a gentleman named Isaac and he told me come on in today if I could and he would take care of me and I got here and he took such good care of me that I was I was sitting here crying I'm so happy and so relieved and I I think that he should be accommodated for his service that's what you call good service and I will come back and get a chain for my other turn and be a continued customer and I I was so move I care I felt compelled to let you know about Isaac and Dale Marie and in the fine service that they are rendering and I want I thank you so much for the opportunity of me to tell you about him please accommodate...

The store manager helped me initially. He was friendly, respectful, and accommodating. However, he had to leave and asked his associate to handle the completion of the sale. I did not get her name but her personality was dry and borderline rude. I spent over $5,000.00 in this store and could not even get a “thank you for shopping with us” or “have a great day, please come again” she needs to be trained in connecting with the customer experience and showing enthusiasm for the people that make it possible for her to be employed. If people don’t shop then stores close! I will not be returning to this location because I just don’t want to be bothered with this kind of sales associate. After a bad experience at the Mentor Mall location I came over to the Beachwood location to get my fiancées ring fixed. Oh my god what a world of a difference. Kay Jewelers you are so incredibly lucky to have Lydia. She took care of everything I needed, made sure my fiancées ring was fixed, and got it rushed back. And by rushed back I mean like a few days it was insane how fast she and Kay Jewelers got it done. All done with a smile, attention to detail, and a truly caring demeanor.
