McDonald's — Restaurant in Bear Creek Township

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s nationwide, I travel a lot around the country and I like McDonald’s because it’s a quick bite and it keeps me moving. I ordered at the drive through, and my order did not come up on the screen correct, I mentioned that it was not correct, the attendant read the order back to me with my order being correct. Got to the window to pay and she read my order which was incorrect again, and I said that’s not it, as I sat at the window while they were trying to figure out the issue (which I already mentioned) there was a line of cars behind me, once it was fixed they told me to pull to the next window, which I did. I got my drinks then I was told to pull ahead again and wait for them to bring it out to me. That’s fine, until there was no one in the drive trough as I waited for almost 20 mins, in my business I cannot be put behind. I got so frustrated, that I drove around the store again, and yes I did try to go inside but could not because of COVID. Anyways, drive around skip the order screen and skipped the pay window and right to the pickup window where my food was presented very quickly and a cash refund which was very nice of them, but overall this was around a 30-45 min problem. Never have I ever felt offended by language and bad customer service before, This lady that takes your order at the drive thru was literally on FaceTime loud laughing and cussing up a storm while we're parked outside her window and for me to feel offended says alot, I do however know that in customer service and being on your phone is a big no no. Called the store to tell the manager on night duty and he started giving us some excuses until he heard her throu our phone and then went to talk to her. He leaves she's still on the phone just quieter, then goes back a couple mins later to tell her again... He literally stood there until she hung up. I do appreciate the manager for that. Too bad you don’t have negative stars for a rating. Very poor representation of McDonalds. No shakes No ice in the drink machines No tables were cleaned The floor was dirty and sticky 2 orders of Chicken Nuggets were missing 1 Chocolate Milk missing No Apple Slices in Happy Meal Bathrooms were gross The staff was friendly and we got to know them with our 3 times that we had to return and the one time we asked the staff to clean at least one table so that we could sit down How this McDonalds stays in business is beyond me.
