Delicious food from this cozy and super popular bar and grille. The day I went was a Thursday night and wow it was packed! Only a few empty parking spots outside and every table taken! The bar had a few stools open. The waitresses were super friendly, polite and hard working. Wait time took over 45 mins to get my food but this is due to the restaurant being totally packed. They also had some game night going on during my visit where players or teams would guess song titles and artists based on only a few seconds of each song being played. Then some general trivia questions after that.

Prices were a bit over the top I think though since all I ordered was a burger with fries and no drink. Burger fries combo was $17 plus a ridiculous "take out" fee... I've never heard of such a thing before, at least not in NJ, PA, NY, CT, MD, RI, DC, DE or FL. That left a bad taste in my mouth for a restaurant to add a fee to take a meal outside saving employee time and energy not needing to service a sitting customer, not needing to clean up after a sitting customer, an entire chair and table freed up for sitting customers and no added kitchen time and energy to clean plates, silverware and glasses since the customer takes the food out of the restaurant in a bag. So this is really a disgusting practice.

Anyway, I felt bad for my waitress since she worked very hard helping a ton of customers (some who were impatient and some who were drunk at the bar), so I did give her a well deserved tip. My bill total with tip included came to roughly $22.

But that simple burger fries combo should be reduced to $10 and drop that take out fee too.

Other than that, this place is awesome and a great place to bring your new Marine after graduation!!

Burger was juicy, flavorful and delicious. Bun was tasty and fluffy with a nice glossy top. Fries were waffle style like chick fila but with a super mild spice similar in taste to Popeyes fries. I enjoyed the fries but Red Robin's bottomless steak fries are still number 1!

Come for a visit! Avoid the takeout fee by sitting inside until the management gets rid of this add on fee.

The atmosphere was fun with cool old signs and such. Parking is free but limited spaces on Thursday nights so come early...

After our epic 2+ hours bicycle ride on the nearby Spanish Moss Trail, we were famished! This place was highly rated and we were only 5 minutes away.

Hubby had fish n chips. I couldn't take a picture since he gobbled it down so quickly. Between bites, I heard only praise at how awesome his meal was. Generously 3 pieces of fish, served piping hot.

I had their house burger: Two fried eggs, fresh tomato, pickles, onions and cheese piled high on a fresh bun and a fat patty cooked perfectly!

I always order my fries extra well done and I have never complained if I get them and they are burnt. More often than not, my request is forgotten or ignored, and I end up with regular-cooked spuds, which is what I thought happened during our visit. However.... The lovely and amazing server named Amber, brought us a second order of piping hot extra crispy fries without being asked. :) She apologize that our first order hadn't been quite cooked enough, dropped off the order of fries with a big smile. Awesome!

Lots of parking, totally wheelchair, accessible, space outside for dogs to hang out.

Good layout, typical bar/eating areas. Looks like there may have been a pool table in there at one point (there's a nice big space for one, but there are tables and chairs instead?).

Overall cleanliness, pretty good. I would recommend that the framed pictures at the tables be properly cleaned as there was food splatter on them.

Another suggestion: We noticed that the young lady/hostess, who originally seated us, did not give off very friendly/happy vibes. Maybe just an off day for her, but as far as first impression goes, it could've been better.

Small discomfort was how cold it was inside... maybe the AC was turned on full blast? Maybe we were just super hot from being outdoors exercising? Brrr...

And finally, if we go back, we would not choose a booth seat again. Every time the diners behind us moved, my entire bench would move with them....

If you are looking for a good burger and great service... this is the place!

Order: Bricks’ Bodacious Fried Egg Burger with Crack Fries $17.99 Strawberry Lemonade $4

Disclaimer sorry for the photo quality, it was a very bright day lol

I was working in the area and decided to have lunch here. They have a large parking lot with plenty of space, which is always a plus! My waitress Brooklyn greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was pleasant and attentive. The establishment is nice and, most importantly, clean!

Brooklyn was there to make recommendations and answer any questions I had after I received the menu. She assisted me in deciding what to order. That is an excellent method of providing customer service because it shows that you care about the customer's experience!

The meal didn't take long to arrive. It could have been because it was still early, or they are just that fast. It looked fantastic! I began by dipping a Crack fry into the melted cheese, and wow! It was crunchy, hot, and flavorful!

After that, I went to try the burger. I decided to cut the burger in half because it was large and I didn't want to make a mess. I ordered a medium rare burger but received a medium to medium well burger, which was still pretty good and full of flavor!

After finishing half of the burger, I returned to the fries, but the cheese dip was clunky and difficult to dip in. I wish it could have stayed smooth for a bit longer to dip the fries in.

Overall, it was a great dinning experience! They also offer military discount!

The question is will I return??? Well if I am around that area again... I will...
