The atmosphere of the place is really nice and it’s looks really cool, but the drinks and food were a big no for us. My peer told them they wanted a basic vanilla shake, just vanilla because she has stomach issues and doesn’t tolerate anything crazy well, and the employee immediately started drenching the shake in caramel sauce. The shake gave her and her friend insane diarrhea for days afterward. I hope the coffee was different, so I went to order a latte with a little bit of caramel and a little bit of vanilla syrup. The employee seemed confused and asked if I wanted just a caramel latte. I repeated and said I wanted a latte with a little caramel syrup and a little vanilla syrup because I like to taste the coffee more and didn’t like it overly sweet. They proceeded to make my latte, and almost half of the large plastic cup was just the syrups, and I watched her struggle to mix it all because there was SO much syrup in the drink. Took one sip, got a stomach ache, and tossed the whole thing. Another peer got some sort of fun cheesecake from them, and the entire top of it was just boring cream cheese, and the portion and flavor was not worth the money. The employees seem to be trying their best and I appreciate that, and they were all super nice, but the food and drinks are horrible. Maybe their other food and such is better? Not sure. Try the food, but don’t get a drink. But I don’t plan on going...
Read moreResponse to seller: There were multiple containers of Kroger brand ice cream visible, including the one that was opened to make the shake I ordered, which again took 30 minutes to make. The doughnut used for my shake was taken from a Kroger box, and very stale. They started working on other customer's orders taken after ours before even starting working on my wife's vivid bowl. I'm not sure how I would go about contacting you directly before visiting again, as there was no sign of you whatsoever when we visited.
Not the best experience. None of the food looks like the pictures, meaning the pictures advertised them as having certain ingredients that were not included in the final product. They used Kroger brand ice cream but we're charging regular prices for it which seems a little silly because you can make your own shake for a lot cheaper with that kind of ice cream. It took 30 minutes for them to even make one of the things we ordered and they never even started making the other thing we ordered. They were making food for the people behind us and we ended up having to just cancel our order and ask for our money back because they clearly weren't even going to make the...
Read moreI work in the mall and ordered a white cheddar turkey melt with no tomato and a sandy serenity. The very sweet girl who took my ordered and went to make my food, seemed to be working alone and was clearly new so I tipped 20%. When the buzzer goes off for my food, I go to the counter for her to tell me she cannot make my food because she simply doesn't know how and then hands me the wrong drink. She offer to exchange my food for something else after making me the right drink. I opted for a refund, and she didn't know how to run a refund on my card. She offered cash and I accepted to receive $5 back for my $7 sandwich. I felt so bad for her I just accepted and left. Whoever is hiring seriously needs to train their employees or at least help their new hires and not...
