Me and my husband went to this location in the late afternoon. It was empty, no other customers. There were two male employees, one of them greeted us.
But the other guy who took my order was giving me such a weird energy for no reason. This young guy(looks like a high schooler or college kid) even made an irritated face when I mentioned "foot-long." There could be many different reasons people order a foot-long size sandwich. They can either share it with someone else or save it for the next day, you never know!
Meantime, they were chatting each other when they made our foods, but it didn't look like they were having a casual conversation, it was closer to whispering with a "mean girl" giggle.
Not only that, but also...this younger staff didn't ask me about sauce before he wrapped mine. He apologized that he didn't ask me what sauce I want. Well, I didn't want any of them, so, I'm glad he didn't ask? š Oh you know what? He forgot to put avocados in my food which was Turkey Cali. I realized it after I came back home. He had no idea what he was doing, and was just showing hatred towards his customer.

Went to pick them up and they had given my catering order to someone else, claiming that they used my last name. Spoke to manager they agreed to remake it, but made me show my confirmation. Staff person then asked me to email a regional manager when I did the email bounced back. The staff then reclaimed my order and would not release it until I got confirmation that the email is received. I got phone numbers for both the manager and the general manager. They did not have the courtesy to answer or respond to my calls or email. After 2 hours they finally released my order, which (was subsequently incorrect) and I arrived to the party with the food 2 1/2 hours late. Not much fun and after their mistake, they treated me like I was the one at fault. Poor Training and Customer Service at the store level, the manager, and the regional managers. Canāt believe Iām leaving another bad review about a DIFFERENT subway in the area. Not sure whatās going on with subway in this area, but they all seem to be under new management and the quality has gone straight down the tube.
Tonight, the bread was hard as a rock. That would be excusable, if they had given even 3/4ths the amount of āfillingā they should have. The cut was uneven, which left the sandwich half full and nearly impossible to bite through. As it stood, these sandwiches were basically inedible. They also gave me a generic plastic bag, rather than a paper bag.
Apparently Subway no longer does receipt surveys, so expect to see more bad google reviews now that this new regime has taken over the Dayton-area restaurants. Subway used to be my favorite quick food. This isnāt my first bad google review lately, but for better or for worse: it will be my last.
