I experienced very poor customer service when purchasing an item to pick up in the Fairfield Commons Mall store. Despite having documentation from PayPal indicating the amount that was paid and that payment was specifically made to Rally House no one in the store, including what appeared to be a manager would offer much help. I was supposed to have been sent an email from Rally House with a specific bar code, but it had not been received (it was not in junk or spam folders). Interestingly, I was still receiving Rally House advertisements to the same email address throughout this experience so obviously email was functioning. Read moreUnfortunately, I don’t know the name of the young lady that helped us, but we were there on Monday 8/11 between 1:30 and 3:00pm and bought a Joe Burrow jersey and an hour later she did an exchange for a higher level jersey to be shipped to my house in Washington. If that helps ID her, that’s great. Because she was, too. Very nice, had conversation specific to our purchases, and was awesome when I came back in later to do my exchange.
