If I could give no stars I would... older blonde curly haired lady with the black sweater at the window was extremely rude, and unprofessional.. We came through the drive thru, told her we had a survey receipt for a free whopper with purchase of drink & fries, she stated 10 separate times throughout ordering she needed our receipt/coupon, we ordered a value onion rings $1.39, value Sprite no ice $1.59 whopper no ketchup or onions, and 2 for $6 whoppers both regular, we get to the window, the lady asks for the coupon AGAIN, we hand it to her, she says going forward u have to order a small drink/onion rings, we said ok as she never specified this at time of order, no worries, handed her a $10 bill, and she was asking for .59 cents more??? I stated for what ma'am, our onion rings were $1.39, drink was $1.59, free whopper, and 2 for $6 which equaled $8.98??? She stated my computer says its $10.59, I even took out a calculator and went charge by charge with her, and it STILL CAME UP AS $8.98, even though her system stated it was $10.59!!!! She refused to fix it, the drive thru at this time was backed up, and she was so rude, I asked for my coupon & money back and left.... I WILL NEVER RETURN TO BURGERKING EVER AGAIN, every time there is a promotion or special pricing the computer is NEVER accurate on pricing, and RIPS thier customers off penny by penny, even when u as the customer knows what the total should be, Bugerking rips u off!!! Read moreMy husband went to pick up some meals for the family before leaving for work. When he got home, my burger had pickles in it (I cannot even stand the smell of pickles) we started calling the store like around 6pm no answer. Finally at 10pm Miguel the manager picked up, I explained what happened he asked for the receipt told that I didn't have it because my husband was the one that went to buy the food and was already at work. Then he stated that he was going to replace the whole meal. I asked what time you closed he said DT at 12am. When I got there I order my meal and when I got to the window Miguel told me he was only going to replaced the burger because I didnt have my receipt when he knew from the beginning that I didnt have it.
