Jamba — Restaurant in Oregon

I go to this Jamba Juice all the time. Probably more than 2 times a week. The last two times there have been new people and it's been very disappointing. First no "Hi Welcome to Jamba". Then when I asked for a tiny bit of extra brown sugar crumble on the bottom of my oatmeal because there is never any by the time you get to the bottom, they want to charge me 75 cents. I have never been charged before and don't appreciate being nickel and dimed. I understand the cost of a running a business but there's also a cost for good customer service. The store itself and the employees who operate it are great. Get the orders right (almost every time), friendly, and professional. The app (Jamba app) is the issue. It is glitchy and today it charged me for my order of almost $20 but told me the transaction was unsuccessful despite simultaneously receiving an email from Venmo of the charge. The kind employee in here today made my order for me without charging me again once i showed/told her my situation and apologized for my inconvenience. I ordered two large Jamba smoothies off the classic menu. I've been coming to the Sunset mall location for years. I haven't paid much attention to the staff or cleanliness. However, I noticed recently on the weekends especially (Sat. & Sun.). That the quality of service and product were spectacular! The smoothies are a sweet treat for the whole family.
