I wish I could give negative 100 stars, WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!! I always purposely order the online pickup 10-15 minutes prior to when I know I will arrive for pickup because they are consistently late with orders, today I had waited about 40 minutes for my order that was supposed to be ready at 6:30, finally asked an employee how long it would be at 7:10 he said 'we are just now starting on the orders with a 6:15 pickup time.' I told him I couldn't wait any longer and wanted a refund since the website gives no option to cancel, and he said I had to call customer service. I pretty much stood in a chipotle for almost an hour, threw money on the floor, and walked out with nothing is what it feels like. Now I have to waste even more time complaining and trying to reach customer service to get my money back. Also, there were way too many people in the lobby, no social distancing or guidelines at all. At least 25 people waiting for online pickup orders, and about 10 people waiting in line for walk-in orders...oh yeah and those walk in people who were just then ordering and maybe waited 10 minutes got food before the people who had ordered ahead of time and had been waiting at least 30 minutes to an hour. This location is the worst managed place I have ever been to. If the staff can't keep up with the orders, AT LEAST change the online pickup times to an hour or something more realistic, or give customers the option to cancel through the website instead of them wasting more time trying to call customer service, so many hours wasted by customers waiting for nothing! I noticed a few other orders that were never picked up, which I'm guessing those customers couldn't wait any longer either and walked out..I was about to just grab one of those orders and call it good so I at least could have something for dinner. I was in a rush to get home and get things done before bed, purposely ordered food early online so I didn't have to cook, purposely chose a 6:30 pickup time when I knew I wouldn't get there until 6:40 assuming it would be ready 10 minutes late. I see that many other people left similar reviews to mine over the past 6 months or more, why aren't they doing anything to rectify these issues? I love Chipotle food, but not that much to waste an hour of my day waiting around for nothing and feeling like I just threw $23 away walking out...

8/11/2023 Recieved stale chips and they said we couldn't get chips with the kids build your own. Yup, they handed me a side of chips with salsa AND told me there were no chips for the kids meals. Also, I orderd some tacoa nd each of the three taco's had different amounts of meat in them. The gal was cool about making the change unlike that last guy (see below) who argued with me. Tried Laughing Planet down the street. They were awesome only my kids still like Chipolte's rice better. grrrrr

I should have caught these but the I was having issues with the card machine.
All that said this is not the first time I've had a bad experience here. More than half the time there is an issue but my kids like it so.... This place has been so inconsistent for a couple years at least. They are always out of something, always hiring, always new people, always a mess, and today with the punk arguing with me it was time to get this review done. I hate writing bad reviews and can't believe I let some fast food place anger me. I've worked in restaurants, and own a business. I would not be proud if this was mine. Really annoying. Read moreI've visited this chipotle several times over the last 3-4 months. Everytime I leave wishing I hadn't gone.
This location has to be the worst in all of Oregon, and it reeks of poor management.
I have come in, watched a line form out the door, and watched as a manager and 2 cronies walk around the place with clipboards laughing and joking around, while the ONE poor kid on the line is fighting for his/her life. Managers should step up and help out, not be lazy good for nothings.
This place is ALWAYS out of something. Today it's rice and ice and quesadillas, other times it's been beans, others it's been veggies or meat. Management just doesn't seem to know how to order correctly.
4/5 times this place is a disaster. They don't ever seem to have enough people working the line but there is always 4-5 people in the back doing little to nothing (not counting the people cooking). Sometimes they have 2-3 people working mobile orders while the people who come in have to suffer with long waits with only 1 person working.
This place is not clean. Half the time I come, the trash is overflowing. Today I came when it was slow and every table has crumbs or smooshed cheese or some other mess on it. Trash all over the floor.
Everything here reeks of poor management, and the employees are suffering for it. No one wants to be that teenager working the line by themselves with 15 people waiting and getting angry. All it takes is one person to come in and order for their family to completely lock up the line.
Get a new manager ASAP, fix...
