I love Chick Fil A, and have been to 2 dozen locations in 5-6 states. This is the worst one I've been to - and I've gone here 5 times.
The food just doesn't taste as good here. I was hoping it'd be a one-off and let it slide, but it has been consistently off. On one occasion, the waffle fries were... stale? bland? Just wasn't right, and I was trying to convince coworkers that CFA fries are the best. Disappointing. Today (the straw that broke this reviewer's back) I had a spicy and plain fried chicken sandwich - the chicken in both was dry and over-seasoned. The beauty of franchises and chains are the consistency of food - the other 23 or so restaurants I've been to have it, this one just falls short, a lot.
Also today, I did an online curbside pickup order. It was missing an entire sandwich. This is not the kind of operational sloppiness I would expect from a CFA.
CFA corporate / franchise owner - please get your stuff together. This branch makes the entire company look bad. I will be going to the Tanasbourne location from now on.

First time the person handing us our food had forgotten our drink so my husband asked for his lemonade to which Gabriella screamed “IM MAKING IT.” Super irritated. Then our next bad experience with Gabriella was when we got to the window my husband asked if it was too late to get no ice in his lemonade. He said sorry if that’s annoying. She responded with “yeah it’s already made sorry.” As someone who works in customer service I get that it was annoying but I would have easily made a new lemonade which basically required zero effort on her part. Then when she gave him back a medium instead of a large like we had ordered she was very rude about correcting that. Then she followed it up with very fake “good customer service”. Read moreThis place usually does a good job of quickly getting through the high volume of customers but man, this time around it was a zoo. The drive through line was so backed up that the line was blocking cars from parking or getting out of the parking lot. Inside, they didn't have a great system for giving people their orders. Sometimes they would call out a name, sometimes they would describe the order. They called my name but once I got the food I realized it wasn't my order and it belonged to someone else with the same name, so I handed it over to the rightful owner. Once I got my drink and got out of there I realized they had gotten my drink wrong, but I wasn't about to go in and try to get it fixed amongst the chaos.
