We're thrilled that La Provence, known for its delicious bakery items and light meals, is opening another location in our neighborhood. While we don't know the exact opening date yet, the interior is being set up, so it should be soon. We can't wait!🥰 10/05/2024 (Sat) We spotted an "Now Open" banner and decided to stop by, even though we had already eaten. Like the Tigard location, this place has a second floor with high ceilings and bright, open windows, creating a nice, airy feel. We enjoyed a Tropical Mimosa, a Green Tea Latte, and a Pavlova. The staff seemed to be getting the hang of things, but my drink was a bit delayed. I had to confirm the order once, and it ended up arriving just before I finished my cake, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the utensils were noticeably dirty. Since it was getting late, they gave us some complimentary pastries, probably as part of the opening celebration. 10/23/2024 (Wed) We came for lunch today and ran into a couple of friends, turning it into a lively group meal. We had the Grilled Wild Albacore Tuna Melt ($16.75) and Monte Cristo ($17.25), paired with two IPAs ($7 each) and a Strawberry Basil Mule Mocktail ($9). It was a fun time with great company! 12/26/2024 (Thu) We popped in for a light bite after lunch since we weren't quite done with the day yet. We ordered the Chorizo Hash Scramble ($17.75), a Pink Lady ($10), two IPAs ($7 each), and a coffee. After three visits, I've noticed that the utensils🍴 have been dirty each time, which is a little disappointing. But the vibe is great, so I’m hoping things will get better soon!😊✨ 03/06/2025 (Thu) La Provence B.L.T. Hostess was rude and service sucked!!

Was my first time going to this specific location. I was excited to meet with a few friends and enjoy a Sunday brunch. We waited an hour and 40 minutes for a table. We were quoted “45 mins to about hour.”. The hostess staff were rude when people would go up to ask for an update. I understand it could be annoying but there is a professional manner to answer guests. Only reason we were asking for an update is because their website they use was not updating any information from the moment we put our names down. Also we kept seeing them sit other parties that were just showing up after us while we continued to wait. I understand the other parties were smaller but that was not right, we should have been sat first as that’s the whole point of putting your name down and going in order. We could have gone somewhere else but I really wanted to try this place and have my friend that was visiting from out of town try it as well. Once we were sat down, the lady that took our order was super nice but after taking our orders things kept coming to the table and we had to pass things around and basically serve the table ourselves. They kept coming out with dishes and then asking us who ordered it. Lol did they not write anything down?!? No one got waters, they were out of diet soda, the bill was just dropped off at the table without saying anything. I was looking forward to visiting this location because it’s closest to my work and home but that was an awful experience. I have had waits at the other locations but the staff was professional and nice about updating us. I hope they get rid of the hostess at this location or do some...

Our waiter was wonderful. Unfortunately they use food runners who bring cold food don't know where it goes passes it over your head expects you to carry your own plates that's not waiting on tables. Atmosphere is very loud. There is not enough room between tables for food to be properly served. My omelette which are supposed to be light and fluffy was overcooked dried out and dense served at room temperature. First arrived late I asked for it to be very crispy It had color on it. I also asked for extra butter which I didn't get, didn't matter because the toast was cold and the butter wouldn't have melted anyway. But at least my toast had color on it I can't say the same for my companions. The cheese and mushroom omelette sounded delicious. Confi mushrooms which were great for the little ones inside. The one laid across the top which was unnecessary was also inedible. The Gouda which was inside should have been gooey. It had started to coagulate. And then oddly there was a scoop of herbed or goat cheese on top. I love goat cheese but it was so overpowering their may as well not been Gouda in the omelette. It also did nothing to help the dryness of the omelette itself. Overall it was very disappointed. One of my cousins was very specific about not having melon on her fruit plate she repeated it. The waiter wrote it down. When her fruit plate arrived it had three different types of melon two slices each and one slice of fresh pineapple. Thank God she wasn't allergic. I love La Provence at least the location I've been going to for the past 12:13...

As good as the one in Orenco Station but some points to improve-on for management. As a consumer you will be happy to hear that they’ve managed to replicate the same quality of the food at their other location. I very much enjoyed the Provence Benedict and my wife also enjoyed the same quality of the Chef’s Omelette, while our son approved of his favorite, the kid’s Pancake dish. As far as service, we were also equally pleased; save for our waiter forgetting our son’s orange juice, but he was quick to get it to us when reminded. In terms of atmosphere there is some work to do. It is a nice space, well arranged, but it needs some sound dampening and light control. The high ceilings and open room are nice, but without some sound dampening on the tall ceilings, it makes for a loud slightly stressful experience not conducive to conversation. Also, the windows all around brighten up the room nicely, but without any shades it can be uncomfortable for guests facing East on an early morning. My wife spent most of the time hunting for a sliver of shade to protect her eyes from the sun rising on the East and hitting squarely in her eyes. Installing some light filtering shades and sound deafening panels would go a long way. And of course, a little better temperature control would also help as the room felt fairly cold on an early morning. But all these are expected on a new location and we hope management is listening and actively working on these already. Other than that, we had a good time and are very happy for this new location in Cedar Hills.
