Kinnamons — Restaurant in Beaverton

Highly Disappointed in this place. When we first walked in we were not greeted at all by the staff then only to be ignored for 5 minutes. As we were waiting to be noticed, a staff member, a black man wearing a hat, was “working” very very methodically. It was strange as if he was on drugs or something. He paid no attention to us at all he just focused on topping the rolls so very slowly. No acknowledgment ever from him as he was the closest to the entry and order area. As for the Cinnamon rolls, PLEASE save your money. These are just glamorized, dry, bland rolls. It’s the toppings that try to “save” it. Other than that it’s just pure bread, no soft and gooey center or texture. You are better off going homemade or buying from local bakeries. Save yourself the hassle from terrible customer service and overrated DRY...

Over-hyped, over-priced cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls were overly fluffy bread almost like a muffin. Light and airy works for other types of food like a cake maybe but for cinnamon rolls you want a good hearty slightly dense bite, not like these. And I'm so tired of being pestered with a tip option on the payment screen. She lifted the cinnamon roll from the hot tray to my box, why the h3ll would I tip for that?

Also I ordered the pumpkin spice seasonal special cinnamon roll expecting a fun little flavorful treat but the "pumpkin spice" flavor was like they took pumpkin puree from a can and ladled it on top of the cinnamon roll,...

Tasty flavors but lacking in overall texture. Came by to try it out and I was unfortunately not too impressed.

The strawberry Lemon curd was decent as the flavor was balanced with the sweet glaze and the tang of the lemon curd but the texture of the cinnamon roll was not as fluffy as I'd hoped leaving the inside quite dry. Hopefully they can improve their recipe on the roll itself.

The maple bacon was also not bad, but again the roll was a bit dry.

As for the ambiance, it is quite nice as you can view the pastries being made on the right of the counter and also take pictures by their wall mural...
