I don't order from Crumbl often, however I recommended for my boss to order Crumbl for one of our clients. I went into the store, was greeting by all the workers, however it took about 5 minutes for one of the workers to actually help me, although there was clearly enough workers to have one stop and check in or take an order. I let them know I was there to pick up a 12 pk of cookies. There were 2 other customers in the building waiting on their order as well. One customer received their order and left, and a worker (guy with classes, had medium length hair) gave the other customer his order and he offered the customer a sleeve to be able to hold the boxes together, granted, it was clear that he also received a 12pk of cookies, as they have you confirm the cookies in the box, before closing the box. The customer said thank you and mentioned it was for the office, and thanked him again for offering the sleeve. When it was my turn to get my order, I was handed 2 boxes just like the gentlemen before me. I was not offered a sleeve, instead I had to ask for one and as I am being setup with my boxes being held by the sleeve, that same worker, was starting to tell me how the sleeve is not for an order like mine and does not come with my order. My order was not any different box size wise than the other customer that was in there. I am usually not one to say much, but after letting my manager know this, she proceeded to call the location where that worker had no words to say. I felt very discriminated against. I am of color while the previous customers to me were white. If the two boxes, do not usually come with a sleeve, then why offer to one customer and not the other? If you are going to offer it to one, then offer it to all. No need to be rude just because someone of color is ordering cookies. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND I WILL BE SURE TO LET MY SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWINGS AND OTHER FRIENDS/FAMILY KNOW THAT THIS LOCATION IS RACIST AND TO NOT SUPPORT. It's 2025 people!!! This really shouldn't be a...
Read morePricey, but good. If you don't care much about having a positive customer interaction and just stick strictly to business, this is a good place for quality cookies.
Price: 3/5 $4/cookie for a large (but you can only get a large unless you're catering) That's quite high. Each large cookie is about 4 inches in diameter.
Taste: 5/5 I'm not much of a cookie/sugar kind of guy but this was definitely one of the better ones that I've had. They don't skimp out on the toppings whatsoever.
Customer Service: 1/5 First impressions, it was absolutely terrible. Just waited in line with my girlfriend for a while. Manager (Josh) did notice that we were there after a bit and acknowledged us, "Hey, have you been helped? We'll be right there!" but he was definitely busy manning the back. The two individuals at the counter paid no heed until the manager told one of them (Jaden) to get to the front. Jaden ends up just standing there and looks at us and makes no word. After a few moments, I just asked, "Are you busy still or are you wanting us to come up?". Definitely made us feel uncomfortable. He would just look around absentmindedly as I input my card to pay for the 2 cookies ($8). The screen just said that it was waiting for input from the cashier but he still didn't notice as he was reading something on the wall. In the end, I just peered over and pressed the "Ok" button, and then proceeded with the transaction. As we were waiting again for the cookies to be ready, we noticed how the two workers just gave a lot of customers lackluster, unenthusiastic responses. Maybe the two teens were having a bad day (as it seems like they were preparing a box order?).
Summary: The manager Josh seems friendly and is hard at work. The other two seemed like they didn't really want to be there and it spilled over into their attitude. Cookies were good, but expensive. I would go there once every few months if my friends really were in the mood...
Read moreWent to go buy some cookies, we talked right in front of the cashier about buying a half dozen because it's cheaper than five. We ordered six cookies. I didn't know what the possible cookies were this week, because I hadn't been there in months. I saw a cookie near the back, and it looked like oatmeal with a glaze on it. I am somewhat allergic to milk, but I can have a tiny bit if it's cooked into the cookie. I do not however like chocolate (which most has milk in it and I have to avoid.) The cookie on their display was simply oatmeal and a clear sugar-like glaze, nothing on top of that. I asked the cashier about the cookie, another worker helped her with explaining and they both confirmed it is an oatmeal with a sugar glaze, they DID NOT mention anything on top. They mentioned it was last week's cookie carried over to this week. We ordered six cookies, but I asked for separate boxes because I did not want my cookies smudging/smearing on the others because of the chocolate on the others, which I said out loud in front of the cashier, and the girl said ok, said nothing else and charged me. I saw the fee was $25, so I wondered how much 5 cookies was and how much I was saving. She then told me only AFTER I paid (when she knew before I paid that this was the case) that not only does ordering boxes cost 25 cents each (for a flimsy little box) so it would be more. I didn't know until we looked online that it is actually NINE DOLLARS EXTRA because (and the cashier knew this too) that I was charged for six individual cookies and not a half dozen. Just because I wanted separate boxes! Not only all that, but when I got home, my cookie had thick creamy glaze and CHOCOLATE CHIPS ON TOP, when the display model DID NOT, and that's what I pointed to and ordered! so now I can't even eat one of my cookies! Upon further review they gave me a "honeycomb", not the "iced oatmeal" I pointed at. I am not happy with my...
