This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to for customer service. It wasn’t always this bad, but in the last few months has gotten progressively worse. There is a specific manager who actually has always been the one who makes the visits the worst. She is tall, slender, has a long black pony tail. She has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve seen her Kick out a lobby full of people when the door was open saying “they didn’t have time to lock the door but they are closed and have to leave”. Last night I went through the drive thru and tried to use a mobile code, I was told there server was down and the codes weren’t working. I asked if I could show my screen to have the price honored. She told me to pull up to the window, which I did. When I got to the window she said it was my app and to close out of it and go back in which I did. I visibly showed her after she said “it’s still not working I can’t honor the price” there was never any type of apologetic behavior whatsoever. I said “if the server is down wouldn’t it make sense for the codes not to work”? She said that it was my app and that I needed to exit out of everything and reinstall it, and told me I needed to show her that I did it. (Wow) At this point I was not going to take that much effort for the order. I told her I would proceed without the code, and then magically the code had worked . As she is entering my meal she was telling the other employee “people don’t understand that things aren’t our fault”. Pulled to the next window to pick up my order. She hands me a small cup for my drink and tells me they are out of bigger cups. Again, not once, making any type of the experience better or trying. Read moreOne of the friendliest McDonalds in my 66 years of having children, they have great customer service, employees were so friendly. I've been too a lot of indoor, outdoor playgrounds. I am an advocate for my children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews and greats. I've had a daycare with over 150 kids, with A plus ratings.I also ran a church nursery, hundreds of children. Today we did have exception to playing nicely, not keeping their hands to themselves. A 5-6 boy began to bully my 3 year old grandson by hitting him in the face and chest with a ball. I had to find his mother in the other diningroom and I had to tell her that her son was bullying my grandson by blocking him and bouncing the ball off his chest and face not letting him pass. Telling my grandson hell no you not go.
His Mother denied he knows the word (hell) I told her I did heard him and that he said "hell" The mother told me I was being confrontational and no one had ever been confrontational with her before, raising her voice. I told her i wasn't being confrontational I was just telling her that her son was being a bully and what I saw and heard. Her kid refused to apologize after being told, he told her 'No' I'm not going over there at least five times and wouldn't listen to her when it was time to go after repeatedly telling him. Matter of fact this liberal brought other customers into the conversation to side with her. I told her to not even go there, she was trying to deflect her kids bullying and put the blame on me, the victim was my grandson not her. What mother does this. Read moreI've never had someone treated me like a nothing like I just was treated today. I came and ordered a fruit & yogurt parfait and a large fries and I requested fresh hot. This staff acts like he runs the show, he took my order but I didn't see him add the fresh hot to the order (usually they have something like special request or fresh). So he have me the receipt and proceeded to the fries area and put in the fries that's already there and handed to another staff to give to me. I told that staff I ordered fresh hot fries, he turned to the first guy and repeated what I said. The first guy came over and told me that it was hot. I said I'll wait for the one that's currently in the fryer. He went beyond and told me "here touch it, it's hot". I told him no I'll just wait for the one in the fryer. He kept pushing that bag of fries towards me and took out 1 fry and said touch it it's hot. I told him no again and said I'll wait for the one in the fryer. When the fryer beeped...he took the hot fries out...poured salt on it...and filled 2 large fries box and put it on the rack. He kept on walking pass me and working in filling orders that come AFTER mine and ignoring that I was standing right there in front of the counter where I made sure he sees me. I waited to see how long he will let me just stand there and wait...orders that come after me were being filled with the hit fries that I told him I was waiting for.
