Captain D's — Restaurant in Bedford

The Bedford location is an absolute disgrace. The restaraunt is the dirtiest restaraunt I have ever been to. The floors were so dirty our shoes were sticking to them as we walked. The bathroom floor was so slippery my husband almost fell. There were no clean tables. The ice machine wasn't working. The fries were cold and the rest of the food was not great either. Don't even get me started on the employees. The guy working the counter looked like he hadn't washed his hair in weeks and there was visible dirt on his hands and under his nails. Then I saw one of the employees pop out from the back and his clothes were filthy and he also looked like he hadn't bathed in weeks. I instantly regreated my order. On top of it all we waited forever for our food. My father in laws food took over 30 minutes for 2 pieces of fish and fries. I can't say enough bad things...

This location isn't what it used to be.

The person who took my order was friendly. I ordered a 2 piece fish meal. I was handed my cup and told that they would serve my food at my table.

The food took a little longer than expected. A few customers before me, were missing items from their order. The young lady who was serving blamed the kitchen staff for missing items. Working in the restaurant industry for almost 9 years, it would be the serving staff to check the orders. Exceptions would be items made incorrectly.

My food was hot and fresh. The fish seemed more like fish sticks than actual fish filets.

The lobby felt a little dated, but was sufficient to dine in.

Being from out of town, I would probably choose another restaurant to dine at. I know that Bedford has some better restaurants to...

Ordered online went to pickup. I ordered 2 fish sandwich combos another fish sandwich and a 4 piece chicken strips and 2 drinks the total was over 37 dollars .When I got home there were 3 boxes I opened them and 2 pieces of fish in each box no buns lettuce or tartar the drinks I ordered were 1 Dr Pepper and 1 Diet Pepsi and I got both Dr Pepper. I called the restaurant and complained about no buns and they said we are out then they put the manager on and she said yes we are out and I am sorry.I said should they have told me that when I came to pick it up she said yes.
