This location isn’t necessarily bad but they have an issue that needs to be resolved and I hope that by leaving a one star review someone will read this and help this location resolve their issue.
Multiple times this week and on dates prior I have gone into this location and placed an order on the touchscreen kiosk. If there is more than one item in the order, an employee will prepare one of my items but I will never receive the other items. So today for example, I order a coffee and a donut. Someone gives me the donut and then I can see on their order queue screen that they mark my order as complete. Of course, the order is not complete because I never received my coffee. I sit in the lobby for several minutes, waiting for someone to notice that there’s one guy sitting in the lobby not eating or drinking and just watching everyone milling about. That part never happens. Yes, I can just get up and ask someone to make the coffee that I didn’t receive but this happens every day that I go here so in my mind this is an issue that the store needs to train out of its employees. My recommendation would be to not mark the order as complete just because you pulled a donut, because there’s a drink on the order as well that nobody is going to brew since you closed out the order. Hopefully all of this makes sense. I know I should quit crying and just prompt employees to give me my missing items when this happens, but… I don’t feel like I should have to. Do it right this first time, because this location is often very busy and I shouldn’t have to grab somebody who’s working the drive thru to make a coffee that was ordered at...
Read moreI am an almost daily customer and I Need to talk to the owner. I went there today and ordered strawberry dragonfruit refresher and asked for half of the amount of strawberry dragonfruit that they usually put it. I tasted it and it was too sweet. I went in and told the lady it was too sweet and how much i wanted in it and was told i didn’t even put that much in it. I told her ok but you put green tea in it first that’s not how it’s made (everyone who has ever made that drink put ice, strawberry dragonfruit then green tea) She offered to remake it i told her no cuz you are telling me you didn’t put in the amount of strawberry dragonfruit in it i asked for(my drink is always made the same ask anyone who has ever made it) she then told me when i told her it wasn’t made right and strawberry dragonfruit goes first that’s how everyone made it she said she wasn’t everyone and i asked why it was made that way by everyone and i was asked to leave. I never yelled at her at all. You can go back and review the recording inside the store. Why was I asked to leave for pointing out that my drink was made wrong and questioning why everyone else was making it wrong if that in fact was the right way? If i don’t hear from the owner i will never step foot back in that store this is unacceptable and...
Read moreSo, I stopped at Dunkin yesterday morning (6/8) to grab a drink some donuts before heading out on a little road trip. When I placed my order at the drive thru I asked for a large Mocha Latte with whip and chocolate drizzle with two glazed donuts. The drive thru attendant repeated my order and failed to repeat the extras on my drink. So, I told her the order was almost correct and that she needed to add the whip and chocolate drizzle. The lady replied that she wouldn't forget.
I get to the window, pay, and wait. The wait was a little bit longer than I expected given the location didn't seem too busy. An employee handed me my drink, low and behold, no whip and chocolate drizzle. I mentioned to the lady that my drink was wrong, and she gladly fixed it, handed it back to me, and told me to have a good day. She forgot the donuts I ordered. So, I had to ask for those. When I was pulling off she made sure to tell me that "we don't have a button for that" referring to the extras I asked for on my drink.
I don't know if she was new or what, but I know there is a button because I see it on my receipts all the time. I didn't appreciate being told a lie because they didn't know how to find/use...
