Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bedford

Walked and the old guy was on the phone while taking my order, he gave me my receipt and didn’t tell me anything else I stood and waited to the side and eventually sat down to wait.

I notice there was a pizza in the trays where they keep the pizza warm already but guessed it wasn’t what I ordered a (classic pepperoni)

Same older guys with attitude to people who walk in about the pizza pockets first person saying he wasn’t going to make them period because he only had two employees. Another person walks in and he tells them 25 minute wait.

She ask what do you have ready and he says only a classic pepperoni by this time I’ve waited 15 minutes and that’s the same pizza I saw in the heating trays when I walked in. Lady walks out doesn’t get anything.

The guy walks and hides in the back by the time he comes back to give another client he’s food he looks at me and with major attitude says “what are you even waiting for” I told him a classic pepperoni by that time it was 19 minutes because I looked at my receipt and gives me the freaking pizza that’s been in the heating box.

Maybe this person would have known what I ordered if he wasn’t on the damn person cell phone call while taking my order. I waited like a fool and given an old pizza that was sitting there no apology no nothing.

This person attitude and manner he carries himself should be other retrained or fired immediately.

It’s not my fault you’re short staffed and it’s definitely not my fault you don’t like your job.

What an embarrassment. Do better.

I went in tonight and was told my order would take 8 minutes. No problem, I sat down in the lobby to wait. A minute later a sweet and very old man with hearing aids came in to order the 599 hot and ready pepperoni. The cashier kept asking if he wanted cheese or pepperoni. He kept saying cheese and pepperoni. It was clear he wanted the pepperoni pizza and was also clear that the cashier was trying to "educate" him on the proper way to order. I couldn't take it anymore and asked the cashier if the pepperoni pizza also had cheese on it, to which she replied, yes. Well then, that is what he's trying to order! The manager hid in the back and by the time he was ready to talk with me, I was done. You people need to remember that customers are the reason you have jobs. They are your job and not an interruption of it. You should be ashamed of picking on a sweet old man. My first job was little Caesar's over twenty years ago. I have visited this particular location many times. I would say twenty percent of the time is it an acceptable experience. With none of my visits leaving me impressed with the service. On my most recent visit, I went to order one hot and ready pizza and as expected due to past visits, the hot and "ready" pizzas were currently cooking and i would have to wait 5 minutes to receive them. It wouldn't be a huge deal if it only happened once but it seems like the store has a propensity to not ever have their pizzas ready despite heavy advertising suggesting that the hot and ready pizzas are always ready. Furthermore, the workers made the ordering process horrific as my order was shouted to the back as i was saying it. They did this for every order and I will concede that I do not work there so I do not know their system but surely there has to be a better way to relay the orders in a less obnoxious way.
