The remodel looks great which is the only reason they get 2 stars. It started with a 10 min wait in the new double drive thru to order. Then at the window, they didn't know what we ordered. We ordered a double burger but received a single, so we had to park and go inside for a correction. I stood at the counter for a good 5 min before I had to call someone to help me. There were lots of people working, but there were only 2 people in line for the single cashier. I told the girl passing out food that we didnt get what we ordered. She took my box and gave it to someone else. That person threw the box away and typed a new order in the computer. After another 15 min they had remade the sandwich wrong again. (I was watching them make it.) Then I finally saw the manager and asked what was going on with my order. For the first time since I walked in the door, someone spoke to me. He quickly apologized and about 5 min later I was handed my correct order. ($8 double smokehouse burger) he didn't speak to me. So I called him back and told him he was the 1st person to actually speak to me. He said sorry and walk away. It baffles me that they just took my food and trashed it without saying a thing to me, or at least finding out...

Where do I start? I get my coffee at this McDonald's every Thursday on my way thru. The last couple times I stopped here it took them nearly 20 minutes to get me a simple coffee. It's ridiculous. Nobody should have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee.
Then the employees are highly unprofessional. The manager was talking to a customer for almost 30 minutes about the customers mom whom she apparently believes is a liar. I overheard their conversation (couldn't help but overhear it, they were talking so loudly) and the manager was talking about how she didn't believe that the customer's mom owned 2 cars. Apparently the customer's mom had been telling people she owned 2 cars and the manager just couldn't believe it. The manager hollered out and declared "Your mom owns 2 cars??? Yeah right! That's BS"! Right out in front of god and the world and in front of a small child standing nearby. NOBODY WANTS TO HEAR YOUR DRAMA, OK, MANAGER. I reported them to corporate not only for the ridiculous wait time, but also because of this silly manager gossiping about the customers mom within earshot of everybody, god...

I ordered a fish sandwich meal no cheese with extra sauce that I paid .30 extra waited almost 15 minutes for it and when I checked it didn't have the extra sauce on it. I asked the girl if she could bring me some in a cup she said she would if she could. The girl came back and said she talked to her manager and if it was on both sides I got my extra sauce. I told her that the amount of sauce I normally get. Then the manager yelled at her and told me to get out of my car and come in. For one I'm disabled and I just not getting out of car and go in. All this could have been avoided if the manager would have just given me what I paid for. She just needs to be quiet and not yell out a drive thru won't at her staff & customers.
