Warning Long Review Ahead Will be broken into 2 parts Arcade and Food
-Aracde- Everything worked perfect, my son and I had a blast. Great experience you would have at like at any Dave & Busters. I've been to one in OKC and in NY and every time the experience is fun. There is a great variety of games and things to do for everyone.
-Food- The dining experience goes as follows. Please read all the way through this part.
It was only my son and I and we ordered a Strawberry Lemonade and a Cherry Limeade. The drinks took about 5 minutes or more minutes to come out.
The food we ordered came correct for my son, which they did an excellent job with their allergy program they have there to avoid any cross contamination (which I would literally pay extra for) , but for my dish they had either made or placed the wrong item but was quickly fixed. That being said, please keep in mind that this place just opened 2 days ago. These are human beings working here and things happen. It isn't always going to be perfect, mistakes occur. This isn't an example of bad customer service, this is just us being human. How it is handled is the most important and it was handled properly. There are going to be issues anytime a new place opens. The staff have to get familiar with the POS and menu. The cooking staff has to properly adjust. The bar needs time to learn the drinks. It is all on par and if you can't handle mistakes being made, maybe wait a month or two before visiting the location.
That being said, the food was amazing. I hate broccoli, I've tried and tried to like them. The broccoli that my son had was the most god damn delicious thing I have ever had. It tasted amazing. My son loved all his food, which was the Kid's Surf and Turf. I myself had the Green Chile Tacos which were amazing as well.
Overall the experience was fantastic and we most definitely will be visiting the location again! My son in fact wants to throw his birthday party here next year.
To all the staff and management team: You are doing an amazing job and were all delightful and wonderful human beings. Thank you for all...
Read moreI’ve been to Dave and Buster all of two times and both times I’ve been satisfied. Took the boy once and him and his friend another time. The food is good, though not amazing. But I can maybe count on one hand how many places I’ve been that I’d say the food was actually amazing. So, not a biggie. The hamburger I had was good and the pretzeldogs are my fav appetizer. It’s a bit limited menu but there is a decent selection for a more mature Chuck E. Cheese type place.
Very much a place for a bit older kids (I’d say 8+) and adults. I saw about as many adults as kids and everyone got along when I was there on a busy Saturday night. I’d avoid bringing the little little ones and stick to Chucks for them. Tweens, teens and adults is more the aim. Plenty of games of all variety. Skeeball, basketball hoop games, baseball throw, air hockey, racing games, shooters, VR, games of skill and chance, etc. An open bar, too, that looks good, but I never visited. Staff were younger 20 something’s, as expected, but were all nice kids and helpful. I did have an issue with a game card where it didn’t register right and the manager got me fixed promptly. (I didn’t demand to see them, to be clear lol, he was just the one who had to fix it for whatever reason)
The boy racked up a ton of “points” or whatever they use for the currency to buy little stuff after you’re done playing. He’s very good at finding the best machines for that lol. We had 6000 points after an hour or so. He got a cool NES metal insulated water bottle and a cute kitty cat lamp that changes coulor on touch. We will definitely be back. I recommend trying week days due to how busy it can get, but even the Saturday night we went it wasn’t terrible. Lots of people but plenty of room to move about and...
Read moreMy family and I drove about 90 miles to visit Dave and Buster's to celebrate a couple of birthdays. The kids, ages 13,16,and 2, had lots of fun. The kiosk to purchase game cards was a bit confusing, but we got it figured out. I got them each a $20 card and it lasted about an hour or more. It was hard to find an open table near the games because every other table was unavailable due to social distancing. We noticed the very large tables were occupied by either one or two people. There were 6 of us so we had to sit across the room away from the kids. We had 3 waitresses check on us before we ever got menus. The first waitress seemed irritated I didn't want to look at the online menu on my phone. The next waitress asked if we wanted menus then never came back. (They were not busy) The third waitress took pretty good care of us. We knew the food was going to be over priced so we weren't too shocked about that. But my husband ordered a burger well-done and it was medium. Still slightly pink. The bacon looked almost raw and floppy. One of my kids got a french dip type sandwich and he really liked it. One kid got boneless chicken wings, he liked it but it only came with maybe 6 pieces, so he was still hungry. I got an avocado chicken bacon sandwich, it was ok but not great and at $12 I felt a bit ripped off. It was so bland I didn't even eat half of it. The fries were really good though. For $130 I expected alot more. In the bathroom, there was no soap (ew, covid), and the hand sanitizer outside the restrooms was empty. I would take my kids back to play games, but not to eat. We decided if we come back, we will eat...
