This place made me feel very uncomfortable when I went there. I decided that I am never going back and here's why: First, I called to place a carryout order and asked if they had any specials today, The guy on the phone became upset with me for asking a very good question. Secondly, after placing my order I tried to say thank you and he slammed down the phone on me. Well, I thought to myself perhaps because it a Saturday night and just maybe they are extremely busy is why he did that. Well no!! When I got there I felt discriminated against because I was African American. The girl at the front service desk was rolling her eyes like she hated to wait on me. I asked if I could add to my order a large salad, extra dressing and a liter pop. Wow!! Why did I asked her that? Because she proceeded to say are you done yet? Here's the thing, I felt as if I was not here buying pizzas she would be unemployed. I don't have to spend my money where I am not wanted. I will happily take my business else where. I don't need their pizza for there are pizza places all around town... Finally, this Jet's Pizza with their racist attitudes are awful. I won'r be shopping at a business who discriminated against ones skin color. This place employees needs to get over being a racist because people of different skin colors are everywhere in America. I call back at 9:30... on hold until 9:45 phone picks up and click hung up on. Call back you answered right away. We say for delivery and then you state it's too late we close at 10... really? That's just piss poor customer service. It's not how you treat a customer especially the first time they try and order from you. When I called the jets corporate office to inquire about them even just looking at the camera to see, they refused and stated I would need to get the police involved before they took any action. I did give them proof of my suspicions, like the guy asking for information that is completely unnecessary for the transaction, but they still stated that was not enough. Lisa at the corporate office was very inconsiderate and when I stated I would not be ordering from them again, it was as if it didn't matter they lost a customer. You know because I'm one of many.
