Arby's — Restaurant in Bellevue

Went thru the drive thru today maybe at around 215 pm. Ordered a regular rb sandwich meal med size and a extra med beef and cheddar. Upon opening my sandwiches they were very sloppily put together the reg roast beef had so much meat but barley any was actually on the bun the meat was half of it cut way to thick. I ended up throwing more then half the meat out. The beef and cheddar wasn't much better way to thickly sliced and sloppy as well. Seems the maker hurriedly slopped tons of meat costing the owner money. Both had way more meat then the usual med size sandwiches I've bought here many times. Which may seem like a good thing for the customer but not when it's so sloppily put together. A real mess to try and handle. The curly fries were over cooked as well. I will be calling tommorow not to ask for a refund dont want one but ask that they address issues suddenly happening at one of my favorite...

Absolutely awful place and crew. They had their lights off in the parking lot and the drivethru menu screen,i had to use my phone's flashlight just to try and see the menu. The crew seemed to be in a bad mood that I pulled up at 930 pm on a Friday when you are open until 11pm. After I have been working for 10hrs at my job I should feel like I am an inconvenience because I want to just get some dinner and a milkshake to help cool off my long day. My food was disappointing, my reuben didn't have any 1000 island dressing on it or was the sandwich cut like its suppose to...

These guys are great. I always kinda avoided arby's bc it's a fast food place with higher prices than the rest, but started going here more often. Their drive thru speaker is the only potential negative thing -- its SUPER loud. I would hate to live in any of the houses behind the store because they probably hear "Welcome to Arby's, can I take your order" in their dreams at night, and that's not a very pleasant dream.
