Ordered 4 cookies here, 2 chocolate and 2 oatmeal. Right when my mum and I asked for this in the drive thru, we had to repeat our order several times as it seemed they did not understand English whatsoever. We pulled up to the counter to pay for it, and the guy told us that we ordered only 3 cookies, 2 chocolate and 1 oatmeal. We said that was incorrect, and him being all confused, told us just to pull up to the next window. So when we got up there, they handed us our 3 cookies and we immediately said we had ordered 4 and were missing one of our oatmeal cookies. They looked at us as if we were insane, and then asked which one was missing, and naturally we said one of the oatmeal cookies. The strange thing was they seemed amazed to hear the word oatmeal, like it had never been heard in their entire existence. After repeatedly saying oatmeal over and over again it finally clicked in their heads what we were asking for. It has by far been the worst experience at a McDonald's, and I probably won't go back to this particular location. Not to mention that the entire staff their is comprised of minority fresh off the boat, and people who don't even speak the native language to a country. What a real disappointment. I had a pickup order at this location. When I reached there, I updated my pickup location spot in the McDonald's app. I had only 2 items on my order. Nobody showed up for 15 minutes. So, I went in to see what's wrong. When I went in, a person announced some order detail in a quite incomprehensible way, through his mask and looked at me. I said, sorry, that doesn't sound like my order. So, he went outside to hand over the order. As I was the only one outside waiting for my order, I thought I misheard him. So, I followed him outside and asked what is the order number he is trying to deliver. He rudely replied, "I knew it was your order.". I said, sorry, but that is not my order and I informed him my order details. He went in to get my order; but while going back, he asked me something again in a very rude and incomprehensible tone. I told him politely that I cannot understand him twice. And he just aggressively slammed the door on me and went inside in a passive-aggressive way. When he came back, he slightly opened the door enough to get his hand out and handed me my order.
I didn't react and let go off the situation. But the employees can learn some basic manners, courtesy and be a human first. Hope that is not a too...

I ordered at 18:51 and no one came out with the food even after 15 mins. At this point my wife entered the restaurant and requested the status. She was harshly told that we ordered at the wrong location (not true) and the order was being transferred to this one. After another 15 mins I went in and requested the status. At this point, the person serving didn't respond and left me waiting for another 5 mins and then returned to me. and asked to look at the receipt. In spite of showing him the receipt he wanted me to read and write out the order for him. I didn't agree to do that. A kind customer read it out to him and much time. He then again wanted me to read the order to him. Finally once I read the order out he provided the food which was ready all along.
