I really like their pizza. I pass at least 7 pizza places to get their pizza. When I picked up my order yesterday the 2 gentleman were behind the counter as if they were waiting for me. They acted suspicious the moment I walked in. I got the special/ medium 1 topping. Got home and saw the pizza just didn’t look right. Assumed it was from the ride back. But then I tried to pull a slice and the bread was separated but the cheese wasn’t and there was tons of cheese. I couldn’t figure out why they would put so much cheese on my pizza. Then I tried a price and couldn’t finish it. It was stale and just didn’t give me pizza vibes. Then I thought back to how they were acting suspicious when I picked it up. I used to worry in a pizza shop many years ago. This pizza gave me all the vibes of a re purposed pizza. Failed order, so let’s put more cheese on it, reheat and put extra mushrooms. The salads were missing several of the advertised toppings including the fried onions and cheese. We decided to call to report how underwhelmed the salads were (the missing food was refunded via door dash) The man answered simply with “Hello?” In a confused tone. I thought i had misdialed. Once i realized i had in fact just called business i entered into a long phone call with an unapologetic confused worker. It took some time for him to locate the order i was reporting on and than after explaining the missing salad toppings and overall lackluster food the man simply replied “My bad” i then ended the call convinced getting any kind of correct service from this company was out of the question. Read moremy husband and i ordered on line from pizza station in bellevue, apparently it went through something called slice. the ordered i put in was not the one that slice sent pizza station, and when my husband went to pick the food it was 100% totally wrong. while i was still on the phone my husband was speaking to the manager, and all he kept saying was here is the order this is the order we received. he refused to make the right order and or refund our money. we had no choice nut to take the food. my husband brought and it was horrible. 1st it was not what we wanted or ordered, 2nd it looked nasty, 3rd the whole order was not there, we called pizza station and spoke to the manager and explained again what the problem still nothing was done about it, so i told him about what i thought about the food ,the customer service, and the whole experience, and that i will not be ordering from them again, and he still said nothing...
