This was my second time giving a Raising Cane's a shot. I don't get the hype about this place. My drink was 3/4 full of pebble ice so there wasn't hardly any beverage. The fries weren't crispy, and the chicken tasted bland compared to Chick Fil A or KFC ... heck even Burger King's chicken. I chose to leave a review because the service became less than satisfactory when I was held at the first window for someone to count money out of a drawer to switch cashiers or something. 2 associates kept me waiting while they laughed and had a good conversation, then finally someone came to take cash from the drawer. There was no one else behind me, so it would've been more appropriate to switch drawers or whatever after helping me, because they made me wait long enough that the single person ahead of me waited and was handed a big bag of food, etc. No apology for the wait or any acknowledgement. I'm not an entitled person, but feel it was poor judgment whether anyone were to be held up for their side operations and social hour in front...

Once again...kindness for the win. We see so much negativity in the world, but it's times like these that remind me that there are still awesome humans out there. So I drove off base to grab Raising Cane's for lunch today, and as I was ordering I realized I left my wallet with my ID, cash, credit card, EVERYTHING on my desk. I quickly told the girl what I'd done, and she proceeded to ask me what I wanted to drink. Confused, I went ahead and told her. She then told me to drive to the second window where she gave me my food FOR FREE! I told her I couldn't let her do that, but she insisted. Cane's already gives a military discount, but this was over the top. For a dude going through a bit of a rough patch, kindness and generosity like this really makes a difference. Once again, a HUGE shout out to those out there showing love to those of us wearing the uniform. Y'all...

This was my first and (so far) only trip to Raising Cane's. I've heard from others that it's pretty great food, but until they built the new restaurant here in Bellevue I had no desire to drive across town for it. I will note that if you're looking for a varied menu with options, this is not the place to go.

The chicken fingers themselves were basic but very yummy. The Cane's sauce is definitely what takes it up a notch. The coleslaw was just okay, but let's be honest...who's going to Raising Cane's for their coleslaw? I didn't get to try their Texas toast or fries, but my hubby and kids seemed to love them. Oh, and bonus... My 8 year old asked for a chicken sandwich and he really liked it!!

Lastly, the staff at the drive-thru were very friendly and helpful. I look forward to...

There is nowhere else you can go to get this quality of food. Canes is consistent, a feat that isn’t easily done by many in the industry. Instead of doing a lot of things good, they do a few things great with their products. When my friends and I came to get dinner at this location I counted at least 15 cars in their drive thru, and a lobby packed full of customers. This didn’t make their employees falter one bit, but instead they rose to the occasion. At one point an employee helped a man in a military outfit walk all of his food out to his car. With people like this working for Canes, I am more than happy to spend my money here over competitors.

I absolutely love this location for Raising Canes ❤️ Where do I begin?? I love the fact they have TONS of seating outside and if you bring your furry friends they have a place to drink and relax❤️ They have a super nice seating area just down the side from the door if you want to chat. Love over hang they have for the outside... has fans for those hot days and lights for when it gets dark. They food was super yummy❤️If you have never eaten here I would highly recommend it and if you don’t like coleslaw substitute a extra sauce or bread👍

Food is good, just like you'd expect from Canes, but the landscaping has been done incorrectly. The oak tree is a native, slow growing tree, but the "MULCH VOLCANO" will slowly kill it in the next 5 years. All the trees on site, are victims of improper mulch. Mulch holds moisture against the bark/trunk which encourages fungus and viral disease. The bark has evolved to dry out between rains. Even though Canes is a Nationwide company, they should try to learn about the local Nebraska ecosystems, plants, and proper landscaping practices.
