IHOP — Restaurant in Bellevue

my boyfriend and i went here to eat, i was not eating but he was. the service was good at first. but then my boyfriend had shared a couple of bites with me so i could try the food and i noticed 2 of the waitresses, one of which i saw point at our table laughing and giggling at us while he shared his food with me so its safe to assume they were laughing at us bc we were sharing food. then he was finished and we were ready to pay. the waitress brought us our bill then left and never came back, we waited probably 20 minutes before finally just paying the bill online which took a few tries to get to work, i think the waitress deliberately ignored our table bc she walked over to our area 4 times, had looked directly at us multiple times and never came back, meanwhile one of the 4 times she came to our area she had checked on EVERY. SINGLE. table except for ours. there were us, a table of 4 men that were there before us,another couple, an older couple, and a table of 3 or 4 teenage boys that had just walked in and she went to all of their tables to take their orders and check them out except for ours. the table with 4 men and the table with the younger couple (WHO CAME IN IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BOYFRIEND EATING)were both done and had paid their bills and left by the time we were done. we were going to tip the waitress 10 dollars but because of how the service ended we ended up taking our tip back and not tipping her at all bc we left feeling like she...

Usually I-Hop is good, but one day 8/02/23 I went to I hop with a co-worker, I usually don't go to sit down restaurants, I usually get it to go! At ihop, I ordered a side of rice with my eggs, first time trying their rice. I was curious! While we were waiting for our food the. waitress out loud to the cooks said, "On the ticket, it says side of green beans, but it's actually a side of rice, the cook asked why and she said out loud so the whole restaurant could hear. I am going to overcharge them green beans vs Rice" At first I didn't think it was me but then again, I ordered rice so, I decided I was gonna check my ticket when we're done and Lord and Behold It did say green beans so that comment to the cook was for my dish! While I was paying. I asked the waitress, and she said. That's there's no button on the computer, so I charged you green beans at the same price! And I usually give really good tips. Because I understand that this is their job tips is how they actually get paid. I always tip fair and pretty good vs. people! I gave her 3 bucks, I was going to give her nothing, but I gave her 3 bucks vs. my usual 6 to 8! Don't lie to my face after you yell at the top of your lungs to the whole entire restaurant that you're gonna overcharge me!! Also, she kept on forgetting our food. I went to this restaurant yesterday to celebrate my birthday and it was ok. Service was not very good tho, knowing that there were only two other families in the restaurant with us. Our drinks were rarely filled and we had to ask for refills multiple times. I was with a party of eight. Also, our syrup containers didn't have all the flavors just the traditional. I find this kinda crazy because it was four or five. No one was rude all the waiters were really nice and kind to us. The prices were pretty normal but drinks were three dollars which is kinda pricy in my opinion. The food was pretty good just a little greasy. Everyone really liked their meal, one of my friends who got a steak omelette said that there was not any streak on the inside… Only on the outside… Also, they ran out of lettuce which is kind of unacceptable for a chain franchise/restaurant so, no salads. I had a burger and it was pretty good and wasn't very greasy. I got onion rings on the side and they were pretty good. The only reason why I would rate this two stars rather than three stars is because the bathrooms were absolutely horrible! Literally looked like someone could've got murdered in there. The lights flicker and it is just nasty. I think this locations bathrooms should get a remodel.
