She shuffled around for a while and gave it to me. It was not what I ordered. I order a small blended caramelicious and it listed a large strawberry drink with add protein. She said oh you have to add the numbers so that’s why. Whatever that meant. She took back the receipt she had given me, then the two coworkers shared a look. She fixed it and said sorry for the inconvenience. At the time of order there was no car in front or back of me. So no, this was not a mix up. A car did pull up as I was handed my drink. Read moreI have been a regular at this location for more than a year now; the manager and crew have provided nothing less than stellar customer service to me every single time I have been there. The staff make an effort to ask about my day, memorize my name and regular order (even new staff, which makes me wonder if the manager has a training program to teach them about the regulars), and they even remembered my birthday in November after I had mentioned it in June. The coffee is always exactly how I want it, and is ready by the time I pull around every time.

Read moreIt was pouring rain out and we were in a bit of a hurry. We sat at the speaker and said hello about 20 times and then sat there for a good 3-5 minutes in the RAIN. Eventually we decided to just pull forward. We were greeted with instant attitude. She was getting mad and telling us that we were supposed to order at the speaker and she claimed that she said hello multiple times back. She took our order and was still being rude. We gave them a tip anyway and then she immediately was happy with us and nice. I love scooters and I hope that you can either train them more or if worse comes to worse find different employees.
