HERE WE GO AGAIN 😤😢😡!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I WILL BE BOYCOTTING THIS LOCATION OF "BASKIN ROBBINS". MGR IS RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! HE HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE (ALL OVER A PROBLEM THAT WAS THEIR ERROR). THEY GAVE THE WRONG FLAVOR ICE CREAM IN A 1/2 & 1/2 PINT. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS PLACE FOR OVER 10 YEARS GETTING TWO FLAVORS IN 1 PINT EVERYTIME. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN HE IS SAYING THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO MIX 2 FLAVORS IN 1 PINT. MAN PLEASE!!!!!!! I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. I HAD TO SPEAK WITH ALEX, MARISSA, THERESA, AND THEN THE JERK OF A SUPERVISOR WHO WAS VERY ARGUMENTATIVE. I REALLY FEEL SORRY FOR THE EMPLOYEE'S.
SUPERVISOR WAS ALSO MEAN TO MY CAREGIVER.
ALSO, THEY "DO NOT" FILL THE PINTS UP TO THE TOP. THEY TRY TO CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. AFTER THE CUSTOMERS PAY ALL THAT MONEY FOR A PINT OF ICE CREAM (9.99). THE SUPERVISOR HAS A BAD SPIRIT. HE ACTED LIKE A MAD MAN. I HOPE THAT ATTITUDE/SPIRIT DO NOT RUB OFF ON HIS EMPLOYEES. HE NEED JESUS!!! I had spent at least 30.00 there this week alone. I'm NOT GOING BACK. NO NO. I WILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. SOMEWHERE I AM APPRECIATED. NOT 🚫 WHERE I HAVE TO BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL AND NOT TRUSTED. NOWAY. NOT TODAY AND NOT TOMORROW EITHER!!!!

Here we go again. Three years later still an unsatisfied customer. Mind you, the pints are now almost 10 dollars ea now. Every now and than my husband and I like to splurge and get BR ice cream 🍨. I noticed that the napkins weren’t outside as they used to and my son had one napkin available and it fell to the floor. When I went to the counter to ask, the lady asked “what do you need”? Read moreI purchase a Turkey cake this past weekend. Once I got to my car I realized how poor this cake looked. I went back inside and requested they clean it up. I was told the person who decorated the cakes would not arrive until 3 hours later. I walked out very unsatisfied. I left 2 messages for Manny the store owner before he called me back.
