Pizza and everything here taste amazing!! Although if you plan on getting something from this store I’d suggest pick up and not drop off. Their drivers couldn’t find your house even if it was next to their building. Had my driver drop off the food on the front step, he went to the wrong house and he started to DRIVE AWAY!!! I was outside flagging him down “hey wrong house” then I suddenly got a call and he said “your food has been dropped off.” And I said, “yeah I know I’m outside and you dropped it off at the wrong house.” He asked what house number it was, and I stated it, and he said, “oh u said another address!” Like I didn’t already check to make sure the address was correct before ordering. Also to be so rude to a CUSTOMER is astronomical. Also not to pull this card but aren’t the customers always right? I was laughing it off of course because I thought honest mistake. Now I ordered before and I believe I gotten the same driver before and well same thing happened and the address was correct and even so he managed to go down the wrong street. Their drivers need to either be better or be fired. They are probably the downfall of this store because the store itself is great. The drivers...
Read moreThe manager, Alma, is extremely rude. I will never order Domino's again. I called to tell her I was not happy with my pizzas and she became extremely rude and combative immediately she talked over me the entire time and would not let me complete a sentence. And she refused to give me a refund. I dislike my New Yorker pizza so much, I can't even eat it. I'm throwing it out. I ordered a pan pizza and a New Yorker pizza. The pan pizza was supposed to be well done. Unfortunately it was very doughy as if it was undercooked and the New Yorker pizza was too browned on the top. But yet the bottom was very doughy and there was hardly any sauce and I just did not like the sauce. I asked Alma when you order a pizza well done at Domino's, does that mean the top will be brown or the bottom will be brown and her answer was, I don't know. If the employee doesn't know how is the customer supposed to know? This is why when you're in South Jersey never order Domino's, go to a...
Read moreIt seems like every time I order they screw something up and take forever to deliver it. I was willing to forgive all these small mistakes and long delivery times until tonight. Recently I ordered two pizzas through the app for delivery after I got home from work. Painless enough. I realized I wasn't going to beat the pizza home so I called to see if I could pick it up. The lobby is closed. Annoying, but I was prepared to try to figure out what I could do until they told me it probably wouldn't be delivered till an hour after I had asked for it to be delivered anyway, which was more than TWO hours after I placed the order. I canceled it and went to Wawa. From now on if I decide I want Dominos I'm going to remember this moment and order from Glendora, or not at all. If I wanted pizza two hours from when I decided to get pizza and an hour after I decided I wanted it I'd go to the store and get ingredients to make the damn...
