Not the greatest experience. I know we got there an hour before they closed. I got off from work late. So I am not sure if it had anything to do with it. Also the one waiter was working by himself. However, he forgot a few things and I had to ask. I ordered the manicotti and a side of meatballs. My meatballs came out first and not not with my meal, but the meal did follow quickly after it. The meatballs had a weird texture like mush and did not taste that good at all. I only ate part of one. I could not eat the rest of it or the other one. The manicotti was good. My son ordered 6 wings, a side cesar salad and a cheese steak pizza. The waiter forgot the curtons on my sons salad, Which he realized and took the whole salad back and rectified. I did not understand why he did not just bring out the croutons and had to take the whole salad back. I realized he also gave my son 12 wings instead of 6 when I saw my sons bill. My son said his pizza was watery. He hardly ate any of it. I also realized I never got any bread with my meal. When I asked for it, the waiter went to get some and just threw a few pieces of cold bread wrapped in tinfoil on the table. I have heard such great reviews about this place. This was our first time here. I dont know if just a bad night, it was the end of the night or it .was short staffed.. But my son says never again. I Kinda agee..we took the food home he did not finish, which was quite a bit. we hate to waste food, but now he is having 2nd thoughts about...

We've been here a few times before and have had excellent service and food. We often rave about it to friends and family. However, this last visit was unacceptable. We ordered two pizzas for the table, a couple side salads and drinks. The salads were brought out immediately, but the drinks were no where to be seen. We reminded the server, who apologized then went to the back. We thought she'd be coming back out with our drinks, but instead came back out and started taking an order for another table. About 2 minutes later, another server came out with our drinks. Next, 1 pizza arrived, but the 2nd one was missing and we were told it was still cooking. The server claimed they had a backup due to a large number of take-out orders. We waited nearly 30 minutes for the 2nd pizza to come out and not once did we see someone come to pick up an order. Also, about 30 seconds prior to the 2nd pizza coming out, the server brought out 3-4 garlic knots as a consolation. Some consolation as the other pizza had already been eaten and we were ready to go.

I'm hoping this is a one-off situation as the food and service is normally good, but we will have to...

Had a great dinner in this little Italian restaurant after an awful 6 hour crawl along highway 85 in the rain! I ordered the eggplant rollitini and it was incredible! So tasty and hot! I also ordered the Stromboli and Key Lime Pie. Both were delicious but I only tasted them and saved them for the next day because I was so full. The “small” Stromboli was humongous and could easily serve two people. I loved the hometown diner atmosphere here. Although many people came to the counter to pick up take out orders. All the families that came through the doors to dine in were obviously regulars and greeted the manager, Sharon and the servers like they were family. The food was fresh and and authentic and the prices are surprisingly low! Sharon, the manager, is so kind and friendly. She told me they had catered 300 high school students earlier and she was still smiling at everyone! Her husband came in and talked to many of of the diners and sat down and chatted with me. Her beautiful daughters also work there. I loved the family atmosphere. I will definitely eat there next time I’m in town because I keep dreaming about...

I recently moved here from Central fl and was looking for a good NY style pizza , something like Broadway or Giovanni's if yah know what I'm talking about. I wanted to get a large pie but I wanted to try something smaller just to be on the safe side. I order then 2 slices, one cheese and one pepperoni and both were delicious. The slices weren't saturated with lots of cheese or sauce, it had the right balance and the crust was the best part, nice and crunchy. This will be my go to spot for pizza no doubt, I will now need to try theirs stromboli, wings and others toppings to see if they are as good as the pizza. Update; I order this time a Stromboli with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers and onions. It's only one size but the portion is pretty big. The Stromboli was delicious and very well balance without the peppers and onions over saturating the food. The pepperoni and sausage was the right amount together. The marinara sauce was the icing on the cake, very well prepared. If you live in Belmont or passing through, you definitely have to try Simonettis Italian, trust me! You won't regret it.

Let's start with the good before we get to the bad. All and all the food is good and the servers are nice and as efficient as management allows them to be. Now, let's get to the bad. We had 4 in our party. We had 3 pizzas, 2 pasta meals, and a side order of fries. The meals came out all separately - 5 minutes or more in between. When we asked to speak to the manager, she approached our table and specifically told us that their menu reads that depending on the meal, it may come out at different times. Now, call me stupid, but the attached menu we picked up on our way out, DOES NOT in any way state that. She just decided to blow us off. Ok, kind of but not really forgivable. BUT, the kicker was my wife was seated under an air condenser. It dripped on her 4 separate times. Luckily, it dripped on her and not in her food. That is completely unsanitary and unhealthy. We told the staff and they said they've addressed with ownership, with no resolution. Completely unacceptable.
