One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food place. Did a mobil order for me, my wife and our son. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:11, didnt end up receiving my food until 6:45. I am a very patient person, so the wait isn't what bothered me, it was the lack of customer service that came along with the wait that really bothered me. They did offer me a free drink while I waited, but of course there aren't any lids to the size drink they gave me. While I was waiting for my order they helped upwards of 10 people that were in line and gave out 4 mobil orders even though I was the second person in the mobil pick up line. While I was waiting 2 people that were a little less patient then myself stormed out in anger. After they walked out one of the employees said "welp we get paid the same regardless of whether or not they're happy". After I finally get home after this awesome experience, we sat down to eat, my wife's bowl was missing 3 ingredients, and they forgot her chips that she had paid extra for. So after I ate my burrito i made a drive back to the restaurant to get the chips that they had forgotten, of course they didn't have any chip's ready, so i sat there and waited another 10 minutes or so. Then when I got home my wife started eating the chip's and they were half cooked, basically just a soggy greesy mess. Its sad seeing such a good place to eat be ran into the ground like this location is. I think it is safe to say we won't be returning anytime soon! Really hope that these issues are looked...

First time Qdoba customer so I ask for a minute at the menu. Order 6 steak street tacos, large coke, and chips and queso. I think its like 33 bucks. Get to the window and pay. First red flag. Was not given a receipt after running my card. Hand out my large drink which is somewhere between a small and medium size at other places. Has more ice in it than soda. Then im given my food. There is a line behind me so i pull forward before checking my bag to make sure its all there. My mistake because now I have to go in. I walk in and im ask of something is wrong with my order. I respond with yes you forgot my chips and queso and im replied to that i didnt hear that you ordered that so we didnt charge you. The server straight lied. I say The heck you didnt. You didnt give me a receipt and you just charged me 30 some dollars for 6 tacos and a soda. Manager looks at the register and goes back to my ticket. Guess what. I ordered chips and queso. So they give it to me. No offer to clear things up with a refund or free soda when i come back. WILL NEVER GO BACK. OVERPRICED COLD MEXICAN FOOD. BEWARE PEOPLE! THIS IS HOW YOUR 15 DOLLAR AN HOUR EMPLOYEES EAT...
Read moreMy wife and daughter went to this location to take advantage of a promotional offer for a free entrée. My wife asked a Latino male employee if she could use the app for the offer, and he confirmed that she could. However, when they got to the register, they were met by an older Hispanic lady who was extremely rude and unprofessional.
This employee immediately adopted a sarcastic tone and said, "Scanner is broken, nothing I can do," without any attempt to help or show empathy. My wife explained that she had just spoken to another employee, but the lady showed zero concern for their situation. When my wife mentioned that she might have to cancel the order, the employee rudely responded, "Okay, bye," again in a sarcastic tone. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue—just outright rudeness.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and has definitely deterred us from ever returning. I urge management to address this employee's conduct to prevent further loss of customers.
Also, I called the store and no one answered. Instead, the line just hangs up on you. Really? A complaint has been sent to corporate....
