Lots of kids all the time. Always loud. Always. Definitely don't like the remodel at all from a few years back. Lighting is worse. Lost a number of booths. Don't need the stone facade or the fancy pendant lighting - it's quasi-fast food. Food is typical Culver's. Sometimes green beans look like they've been sitting around all day. Pot roast dinners are generally short on gravy. Hardly see this at other locations. Servers are typical teens. The nice friendly ones don't stay. Got to know a few on a first name basis and they would recognize us too. Servers don't offer to clean up your table when you're done - they do at other Culver's. This location offers a lot of benefit (a.k.a. Scoopie) nights here - that's nice. Owners and manager are local, visual/present and caring. Close to interstate so very good location for travelers but there is competition around and they may not get to Culver's before stopping elsewhere first. Even though this one is the closest to me, I usually go to other Culver's as a first choice. And I wish this one didn't offer Turtle as the flavor of the day ALL THE TIME. Because, yes - other locations do not. There are other flavors and combinations out there. Variety is great. Try it more frequently please, owners/manager. Not everything has to have chocolate or caramel or turtle in it. Women's bathroom is tiny (still after the remodel), not really clean, and always freezing. I am told the men's is that way too. It's a fine Culver's restaurant, just not my...
Read moreI absolutely love Culver’s, I always have. However, this experience was so disappointing. First I will say that I ordered through door dash and I have never had any issues before with Culver’s. When I got my food I was missing 2 items, a concrete mixer and a cooler. I called Culver’s to see if they remembered sending it out or not and the lady that was on the phone with me didn’t really seemed to care about my experience. I could tell it was busy in by the noise, so she probably didn’t care to talk to me. She just said it doesn’t matter and that no matter what I have to contact door dash.
And yes I know if I want a refund door dash is responsible and I wasn’t insinuating anything else. I just wanted to see if maybe they it was left behind or forgotten about OR if the door dasher simply forgot to give it to me. If it was forgotten there I would have just went and got it so I wouldn’t have to give the door dasher a bad review. I’m just irritated because me calling was such an inconvenience to the Culver’s staff. I don’t appreciate being felt like my experience didn’t matter. The lady on the phone just didn’t offer any compassion and it sounded like she just wanted to laugh. I don’t remember her name but she worked Saturday night on 5/17 and I had spoken to her at 8:48pm.
I honestly think they forgot these items due to it being busy and that’s fine , I get it. Mistakes happen , but even a simple acknowledgement would’ve...
Read moreI normally have a great experience here but tonight I had a customer service fiasco that o can’t look past and I honestly might not come back over. Me and my boyfriend ordered our food in the drive through and were told to move to a parking space to the side. We had several food items as well as a shake, and a rootbeer float. When the food came out, the shake and float were not fully in the drink carrier. As my shake began to fall out, I rushed to grab it. I grabbed the shake before a mess occurred But the weight of the shake moving made the rootbeer float that was again,. Not fully in the drink tray fall. The drive through worker continued to push the drink carrier into the car window spilling it all over me, my boyfriend, and his relatively new car. Now, if any apology would have been given I would have been completely fine, but the drive through workers only response was “do you need another one?” I did not say anything because I don’t make it a habit to talk disrespectfully to service workers but I was and still am so mad. We got our float as I tried to clean up the mess and we drove off. As of now the CarPlay screen in my boyfriends car is unresponsive and there is ice cream in just about every crack and fold of the car including the ignition. If we would have received any kind of apology or him indicating that he felt bad over what happened I could have moved past it. But the way this was handled...
