Starbucks is experiencing a high volume of customers throughout this morning and afternoon; therefore, the service delay is not their fault. There is a large number of customers, many of whom have been waiting for an extended period of time. In dealing with customers, the employees have consistently demonstrated kindness and patience. Their service rate is a 4 out of 5, mainly because they remain calm behind the counter instead of exhibiting agitated behavior. In spite of customers who seem to be complaining that their orders haven't been processed efficiently, the baristas maintain positive attitudes and smiles despite the complaints. Although it's challenging to deal with demanding customers, reviews can be a pivotal part of how the franchise learns and improves; they are what motivates us to keep going. In the padded leather indoor podium, I sit and reflect on what the day has brought as I gaze out at the falling leaves on a tree while the sun shines on my back. The shade is close to the ground, so that the sun is not completely beaming on my back. With the sun shining on my back, I remember sitting out on the patio sofa listening to Taylor Swift reminiscing about a concert I regret not attending. I see that the baristas are still working diligently to provide the remainder of clients, as the crowd begins to dissipate, for now. Read moreJust got coffee here for order pick up for 5:20am on 11/2. The women with tattoos REALLY needs to chill and take her attitude down a few hundred notches. I thought I ordered a iced Americano on the app, but I messed up and ordered it hot. I didn't discover this till she handed it to me. I apologized for my mistake, asked if they could possibly remake it iced and said I'd pay for the remake of needed. She looked at me and said with a strong condescending tone and annoyed look "you ordered it hot, I'll remake it for now but make sure you actually get it right next time" shuts window hard and walks away before I can even process the fact that she talked to another grown adult like that.
Look, if you don't like your job don't take it out on customers. Made a honest mistake I owned up to, didn't need to be treated like that.
The reason I give it 3 stars even after that is because the young woman who took over after the other one closed the window in my face was very nice and the young man making the coffee made really boom coffee. Read moreJust went in to get an order for my family. They were moderately busy but I've seen the place way more busy. The manager set the tone for her staff by being impatient and flustered. I asked a lady if they were using different lemonade because my drink looked different but made it clear my drink was perfectly fine and it was just out of curiosity, she was very sweet with her reply but then while standing at the counter(read below) I see one of her coworkers walk over and in a snotty tone ask what I wanted, when she told her she made a smug face and rolled her eyes as if I was being out of line by asking a simple question. I ordered 4 drinks, 3 cake pops and 2 orders of egg bites but wasn't offered a bag. I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention before just walking out and trying to figure out how to carry 4 drinks and all this food without spilling a $47.00 order!
