We come to this McDonald's all the time because it's the closest to our house. They do a good job most of the time, but there are so MANY times they are missing something that I ordered and paid for. Tonight was another one of those nights. Ugh! I always check the bags to make sure I received my whole order and I checked tonight, after waiting over 20 minutes just for the food. The girls that brought me the food, apologized very nicely and said we threw a couple apple pies in for free because of your wait. Well, I get home and the drive thru forgot a big part of our meal (yes, I checked the bags and counted wrong - so my mistake there). So I got back in the car and headed up there. I put my mask on and was heading inside, but the doors were locked and the two girls running food out to customers couldn't get back inside and were running door to door, knocking as loud as they could, trying to get in. I felt bad for them and explained my issue, gave them my receipt and told them to wait at this door because it seemed safer with the lighting and I would go around to the other side and get someone's attention. I believe it was the manager running the second drive thru window that looked at me and I yelled to him, you have two young girls/employees trying to get back inside but all of the doors are locked. I said this three times before he answered with, sorry we lock the dining room at 9pm, you will have to go through the drive thru. OMG, he said it like three times and I kept saying your employees are LOCKED OUT and need to get back inside. After speaking loud and clear and as close as I could get, he said the same thing to me. I was so frustrated that these young girls were out there all alone and the manager was clueless and had no idea. So, I tried one more time. I mean, He was the one sending them outside to deliver food, he should have known doors are all locked up and he is missing two young employees, come on. As I said the exact same thing to him for the last time and he answered the same way...a car that pulled up and waiting for their food, looked at him and said, she is not asking to come inside, she is telling you that you have two employees that are locked out and need to get back in. FINALLY, after these girls had been outside knocking for at least 20-25 minutes, he told someone to let them in and walked away. What a terrible, uncaring manager with no knowledge of his surroundings. If he is sending young employees outside and telling me the dining area is locked up, he should know better! He should NOT be running the show and it's so sad. Well, they got back inside and brought me the meal very fast. So, props to the two young ladies working there with a horrible boss. I think we will drive the extra 5 minutes to the Raymore McDonald's, they actually know what they are doing.

I’ve eaten at restaurants MCD included all across this country and overseas. This Belton restaurant and most other MCD’s, excluding the Lee’s Summit MCD on Langsford & 291hwy and the MCD on 40hwy & 291hwy, should’ve shut down. I order a McDouble no cheese and watch MCD still charges you for the cheese. If you add cheese a slice is 49 cents. Try it self at the Kiosk. It’ll remove the cheese but still charge for it. The cashier didn’t even understand any of it when I mentioned it to her. I also ordered one large Diet Coke. I got 2 diet cokes. Then I had to clean my own table. There was not one clean table in the dinning room. See photos. And, take a look at their drink area. I guess I should say where is the county health department. I’ve never done this before, because I’ve been eating at MCD in the US, Hawaii, and Germany for 52 years, but it’s time us customer’s stop eating at MCD. Maybe they can do better with their coffee shop diversification. And, I even mentioned the bad and disrespectful treatment I’ve received at a number of KC area MCD’s.

McDonald’s – Belton, Missouri (I-49 Location) – 4/5 Stars This McDonald’s is a solid, reliable stop—especially if you’re traveling through the Belton area. The restaurant is generally very clean, and the play place makes it a great choice for families with kids. It’s a larger location with plenty of seating, and access from I-49 is quick and convenient. Service today was quick, which matches my usual experience here. They’re pretty efficient with getting orders out. That said, my biggest gripe—and it’s been consistent—is that they don’t offer ketchup unless you specifically ask for it. It seems like such a small thing, but when you’re on a short lunch break or trying to eat on the go, it’s annoying to realize you’re missing it and then have to go back and wait again—especially since there’s often no one immediately at the front counter anymore. Overall, it’s a good location, but that ketchup issue keeps it from being a full five stars.

We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner on a Saturday. We placed our order @3:12pm and waited. As we waited, we watched as 8-10 employees gathered in the lobby and were given food from the kitchen.

By 3:20pm several customers were asking where their orders were and employees were looking for assistance from managers. Blame was being passed back and forth - I didn't take your order, I usually work in back...I don't know what I am doing.. were just some of the excuses we heard.

Finally a manager came forward and addressed the issues. She found our order (it wasn't appearing on the screen) and brought it to the counter... absolutely cold - and wrong.

We had ordered 1 quarter pounder with no onion, 1 quarter pounder deluxe, 1 Med. fry and 2 drinks. I glanced at our receipt and noticed that the Deluxe was replaced with a double quarter pounder meal. Okay, we could accept that, but when I opened our bag, the sandwich in the box clearly marked Double Quarter Pounder was a single.

After informing the manager about the cold food and the mix-up, SHE INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD COST MORE IF I WANTED THE CORRECT SANDWICH. I was willing to pay for the sandwich I originally ordered, but not willing to pay for cold food.

We were given fresh fries, but our sandwiches were still cold and wrong. The order was resent to the kitchen and we were refunded money for the double quarter pounder meal (which we never ordered)

Our order was sent out again @3:34pm. Along with another order of fries and correct sandwiches. Just wish the sandwiches were HOT...not luke warm at most.

We opted NOT to return the cold sandwiches. It took us 30 minutes to get our order. We didn't have another 30 minutes to play this game with management.

This will definitely be our last time visiting this particular McDonald's...unless of course we start working there. After all, if we were employed there, we would have gotten our food hot, fresh and in a...

Went through the drive through and placed our order. Explicitly stated our customizations but after paying and pulling forward to the second window, saw that they were not listed on the receipt. Asked the girl at the window if it showed on their order screen and she said it didn't. When I told her what it was supposed to be, she rolled her eyes, closed the window, and returned a few minutes later and snobbily told me to come inside and they'll remake it. My dog and child were in the car with me. Went inside with my son (rolled the windows down for my dog) and waited another ten minutes for the order. The interior was disgusting with food and condiments smeared all over the tables closest to the door. When the order was finished, they didn't even call out to us for it. I had to go up and ask if that was ours. The man had a much better attitude than the girl did and said, "Yes" and handed us our order. We needed to get out to the car to get the dog so we didn't double check at the restaurant. When we got home, they still hadn't customized it the way we asked TWICE for them to do it. My son hates pickles and onions and gave his cheeseburger to the dog. I managed to pick mine off the bun and give the top patty to the dog. They had two jobs: Provide mediocre service and serve cheap, bland food and they didn't even do that right. These kids want $15/hour? For an entry level job that half of them can't even do right? This location is the most disappointing...
