Atlanta's Best Wings — Restaurant in Belvedere Park

The poor customer services and false advertisement outweighs the great taste of the food.

My family and I have been to this location on several occasions, finding the chicken, fries, and other sides to taste wonderful, however we no longer can support this establishment because of the constant disrespect we had received. On several occasions in the past 3 years we have waited nearly an hour for our wings to be cooked, although we were promised a 15 minute wait. After the second to the last time of placing an order over the phone, we told them that if the food were not ready in thirty minutes, we would take our business elsewhere. They understood then and had the food out in less than thirty minutes. Whoever we speak each and every time over the phone is very rude and arrogant, he or she either talked down to us or told us what we could only assume were lies about the menu and service. We tried to ignore it for as long as we could because the food is delicious and nearby until New Year's Eve we decided to order wings for a New Year's celebration. We viewed the menu online on different yellow page sites including Yelp to make sure what would be affordable. On all five or more yellow page/menu listing sites, a 40 pc wing w/ two sides order was a little bit under $17 ($16.79 to be exact). However, we called up there and the person treated us as if we were stupid when we stated the price we expected to pay. She told us the order was nearly $27 and the menu on Google was ten years old and could not be corrected no matter how much they tried. I cannot fathom why the menu has not be corrected on different sites listing the same prices, nor why different Atlanta Best Wings' locations charge differently for the same menu items. Also this store is nowhere near ten years old. Apparently there has been FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of what being posted on several menu sites to the actual prices being charged at...

Living off Memorial Dr and doing delivery around the area the past few years it has really been difficult to find quality restaraunts. It seems the service is always extremely slow, the employees are usually rude, and the food has usually been sitting out for too long. Atlanta's Best Wings however really stands out from the crowd as a shining beacon of delicious wings and excellent customer service! After picking up a few deliveries from there and seeing how crowded it usually was compared to other wings places offering the exact same food in the nearby area I had to come back while off duty and try it for myself. The food was excellent! Normally I am not a huge fan of wings. I will eat them occasionally but no more than once a month. After trying Atlanta's Best Wings I have been coming back multiple times a week because it is quick and convenient and tastes great. What caused me to leave a review was my visit today. I ordered my usual order except this time I changed it up and added that I would like all drums. When they showed me my food both the employees quickly realized the order was wrong and apologized. One was named Dominique but I did not get the name of the other girl. I didnt want to wait a while for more to be cooked and I had only ordered it that way out of preference, not necessity, so I told them it was no big deal and I would take them the way they were. Both ladies insisted it was no trouble and they could have them the way I ordered quickly. I decided if it was no trouble I didn't mind waiting a few more minutes for the way I ordered it. Ordered ahead. They told me 15-20 minutes. Arrived in 14 minutes. Paid & waited a full 20 minutes. At least 3 orders I saw placed at the window after mine were served before me. I don't know if they didn't start my order when I called or if it was just that I had a bigger order (40 wings & fries) on a Friday night. Either way I lack appreciation for having to stand there for 20 minutes. Additionally, we're in a pandemic. I think they should text folks when the order is done so there are not so many people waiting in the small space. I could have waited in my car had the expectations been set properly. I'm still going to give them 4 stars because the chicken was really good, especially the Teriyaki. I have been to ATL Wings many times & my chicken is almost always good.
