This is easily the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I made a pickup order via Uber Eats. When I got there, I sent my son in to get the order. He was in there 10 minutes and came out empty handed. He told me they didn’t have the order. I thought he meant they didn’t get the order from Uber, so I gave him my phone to show them the order and tell them since I was already charged for it, I expected my food.
My son came out about 5 minutes later with 1 sandwich. I ordered 2 footlongs. One was a chicken melt with only cheese, onions and sauce on it. And one was a grilled chicken with cheese, spinach, lettuce, tomato, and jalepeno on it. The sandwich my son came out with was hot, so I assumed that was the melt (his sandwich). When I asked him where my sandwich was, he said they didn’t have the ingredients. I asked if they offered to refund my money for that sandwich and he said no. So now I had to go in, which I was trying to avoid. That was the whole reason I ordered via Uber and paid in advance so my son could just grab the order and go.
So I get inside, one worker is helping to customers, while the other is looking at her phone, mask hanging UNDER her nose. So I tell her my son just came in twice and at first there was nothing ready at all and then they only gave him one sandwich and didn’t refund my money. So then she says “I told him we didn’t have any chicken. I mean, we have that chicken,” she pointed to what looked like an empty container from my vantage point, “But not enough for a footlong and you don’t want Teriyaki. I think there’s enough for a six inch.” Still didn’t offer to refund my money, and at this point, I wasn’t confident she would even if I asked and she said she would. So I asked her for a tuna sandwich instead. She made that according to my instructions, and I left.
Then I get home and my son opens his sandwich, and it looks and tastes like hot garbage. They put very little chicken, I don’t even know what kind of smelly cheese that was, no onions (which he asked for) and lettuce, spinach, and jalepenos (which he did not ask for) and toasted it all to melt the cheese. Oh, and the bread was wrong too. He couldn’t eat it. It reeked and I tasted it and it was awful.
I would give that place zero stars if I could. It’s awful. I wouldn’t go there again if they were the last...
Read moreI am sincerely aggravated that me and my husband were kicked out of here due to 20 minute rule yet we were still having our food yet they felt entitled to kick us out because their rule is 20 minute rule for eating when that's not enough time to digest food and when eating a footling it takes 20-25 minutes to eat half a footlong comfortably and heaven forbid I had a digestion problems and they kicked me out due to their 20 minute rule that's not enough time to eat and it's especially despicable to kick someone out when not long before that they just got their food and you kick them out by the 20 minute mark is a crime in action called disturbing the peace. Even more irritating is having to repeat myself 20 times because staff couldn't understand me talking what I'm ordering and I feel very uncomfortable having to be rushed out because in their eyes I'm loitering if it's more than 20 minutes I'm there for and I had spent $30 to eat with my husband and you should be able to sit for an hour/ hour and a half without being disturbed because of a 20 minute rule for eating and even sadder if a paying customer paid a lot for their food they're getting told basically they can't eat because oh you can't be there more than 20 minutes tops. If I were the owner here I'd make sure there was no rule for how long you're allowed to eat there and make certain my staff members can understand my customers. Also if I were owner I'd think twice before kicking someone out after 20 minutes due to the fact that it will decline my business if I kick customers out sooner than when ready because the rule is 20 minutes which is a small time to eat in and I'd also be worried about having to close my business and having a lawsuit for a silly rule like 20 minutes and you have to be out. I can understand if the customer didn't pay for anything or only spent $5-$10 but to spend $30 is unreal and this behavior should not be allowed by any means necessary because that is horrible customer...
Read moreSomehow this subway always lies about the way they make my sandwich, it’s weird. Today I ordered a veggie sub and the employees proceeded to make my sandwich without me even telling her what I wanted on the sandwich (and I’m allergic to one of the toppings). Then she removes all the toppings, not replacing the bread for me to have an allergic reaction to. I ask for my bread & cheese to be microwaved and she placed it in there and both are still ice cold! This is the 3rd time they lied about microwaving my sandwich, what benefit do you get out of not using the microwave? If it’s broken please let me know! Then she was so rough with my sandwich like banging it on the counter. Idk I always have a bad experience at...
