1 star food: It was cold, they don't actually listen to you when you say "little" or "that's enough." They are always out of something and not communicating that they need to restock. WARNING, you have to watch how much they put of everything on your bowl. If you like a lot then great but if you don't want three handfuls of cheese or their large spoon of sour cream on your burrito or bowl, then be prepared to stay "STOP."
1 star service: When asked how long it might be for new rice and chicken we got blank stares and "I don't know." "Order something else," was their response and "I don't get what I want right now." Then when there was chicken just sitting out he grabbed a small ramekin filled it half way and that was that. I don't think you would be satisfied with 10 pieces of small chunk chicken on your bowl. I also don't want you to be pounding the bottom of the pan over my bowl to get rice out.
1 star atmosphere: They don't wipe down tables, floors, counters, outside tables, etc. We were going to sit down but there was food on every table.
I know good help is hard to find, but come on. Simple questions are answered with annoyed responses. I think it reasonable to ask when there would be more grilled chicken and not told to order something else.
It will still seems to do okay since they are in a busy location but seriously, check out Kefi instead.
**Update. I contacted Chipotle like the owner said and got an AI response that said "Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that the store was out of rice, chicken, and other ingredients, and the staff provided you a small portion of chicken in your order. We want to get you the delicious meal you are craving! I'll be sure to share this along with our North Bend team so we can be sure we are stocked up on all of your favorites and to make sure we're serving up filling portions from here on out. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you and have a great day!"

Read moreI love these burritos. I placed an order online thru their website from their parking lot as I have a child in the car and cannot leave him unattended. After placing the order, inputting my credit card information and having the screen tell me it was processed I waited until the designated pickup time. Went to pick up. Waited an additional 15 minutes in line. Got to the window and was told there was no order and no record of my order. If I wanted to place an order, I could. But I’d have to leave and come back as they would not help me because they never sent me a separate confirmation. After explaining I had already placed an order 30 minutes prior and had sat in line already, I offered to wait while they processed my order now. They refused and explained this was exclusively my issue. Their system couldn’t possibly have failed. And I quote, “you can either leave and try to place an order again and then get back in line when it is ready or we will not help you at all and you can leave.”
I’ll be watching my credit card to make sure they do not bill me for their mistakes.

Read moreThere are two people working the front at this location right now. A lady started my burrito, and she was super sweet, and it was taken over by the most pleasant young man. He was rapsectful, attentive, kind, and clean. All the things I look for when eating out. Chipotle is my all-time favorite, and I normally go to the one on third, I attempted the one in Redmond, but I saw a guy cleaning the counter with a dirty rag. He got the rag soaking wet and rang out the fluids on the prep line as food was being prepared for current people in line. It was disgusting to watch, so I shook my head and watched him, and I walked out of the restaurant. Today, this young man, thin with longer black hair, was just the delight I needed to keep my faith in Chipotle. I'll definitely be coming back to this location and tipping in the future. Didn't get your name, but I'm the chocolate girl who got the steak burrito, and you gave me a drink not hitting on you lol. You just made my...
