Nik'Snacks — Restaurant in Bend

I had one of the oddest experiences here. I go up to the cart to place an order, and the three employees in there ignore me. They flat out ignore me for 8 minutes (I timed it). I get that food places get busy, but a small "hi there, we'll take your order when we're able to" would've gone a long way, rather than just flat out ignoring me. I guess I wont give you 30 dollars of my hard-earned money.

Reply: I'm not sure if the food industry is for you. All you have are your customers. I don't care if you're busy, you still acknowledge customers at your window, not leave them standing there for almost 10 minutes without a single word. I AM patient when it comes to food, you guys are just clearly rude and not cut out for food service. Maybe stick to just making food for your buddies if your customer service goes out the window when you're busy.

Let me make this clear because you clearly don't understand how business works.

So my first time here. Been looking forward to the fries, that everyone is bragging about, and yes the fries are definitely one of a kind, the perfect amount of cheese and a load of bacon.. my only complaint is my god they were extremely salty.. salting them, and then bacon that's already salty and even the cheese sauce is salty.. my only request is to offer packets of salt for people that want salt, but just from the cheese and bacon I feel it gets enough flavor.. over all the guy was very nice and he explained there were 3 orders in front of mine and it would be 15ish mins, which is fair. Hey Cheyenne… You see this review? This is the review I leave places that I know for a FACT care about me and their customers. Rude is very subjective so nobody wants to hear you yammer about your bad experience. If a truck seems busy to you and they are moving around that cart like lightning and can’t help you right away, that they’re getting busy or have been.
