I've lived in Big Sky and Jackson Hole and am incredibly familiar with pinky g's. They are a sensational pizzeria from where I come from, but.... There's a lot of work to do here in Bend. I ventured in and ordered two slices of pepperoni and a single lager. It's a new place so the lines are long, but I don't hold that against them. As a matter of fact, Good for them. I hope to see them succeed. But I digress. So, I finished the lager long before I ever received my two slices of pepperoni (27 minute wait time by my watch), always a bummer, and when I did the results were thus: the slices were clearly old and made well earlier in the day, and incredibly overcooked. Not that it's any problem to prepare slices ahead of time, but you've got to keep them properly so that it doesn't look like they're dried out and lacking ingredients when you receive them. The cheese was thin, the pepperoni was fine, the crust was nice for flavor but unfortunately overcooked to the point of being blackened. Not just a few touches of black, but charred. Unfortunately, I must say that I did not finish my two slices of pizza. Not even close.
I have faith that Pinky g's can turn this around though!! As I said, I've lived in two places where they have locations and I have to say they were both fantastic so I have not lost hope. But my first experience here was a 2 out of 5 for sure. Do better please, we are all counting on you to be the first really properly good pizza place in town.

Read moreI have to be really honest this was my experience. I don’t know if other people feel the same way, but I always like to give brutally honest reviews. I was so excited that this place was going to open up and I called and asked them a few questions the person that answered the phone was, not the nicest person and acted like she was so inconvenienced. Customer services is so important to me so I found this a minus for me. I did decide to try the pizza and ended up having a friend pick up a few slices and it was OK. It wasn’t anything spectacular of what I expected but I wanted to give them another chance and so I thought I’m going to order the meatball pizza. I was so disappointed. There were like a couple of meatballs and they weren’t even whole meatballs. They were like cut meatballs and I didn’t even finish it. It was not good. I think their crust is very good though I have to admit, but I’m disappointed in the service and not the best pizza in my opinion. For being a new place, they should be super accommodating and really friendly and I just don’t find that to be the case so I personally won’t be going...

If you want it crispy you're going to have to ask for it because its got some mega flop... personally I like it a little floppy and blonde vs crispy and crunchy..
Greasy, Cheesy, good ol slice - Good Size
Entire Menu is pretty pricey... Price is at this current time $4.75/slice for cheese... which I think is a lot .. but oh well .. #LGB...
Maybe offer a Lunch special - 2 slices and a soft drink bundle ?
Ordering food felt awkward... nobody welcomed us, and nothing shows where to order coming in off the north entrance.. guess just order at the bar.. lol..
this is a little thing obviously.. but figured id give the entire experience
Atmosphere - is a 1 star for me... this is a very not inviting space .. cold and dark super dark everything is black.. maybe not paint the ceiling black with the ceiling being so low haha.. idk just me ? :P feels more like a off the road bar.. not a pizzeria.. their WY location has a better vibe and character but prob had way more to work with... size and space ..
Overall will return...
