Starbucks — Restaurant in Bend

A couple days ago I ordered the new lavender Matcha along with a sandwich. When I received the lavender Matcha, it was my first time ever getting it so I didn’t know how it should’ve looked like. I’ve always ordered my latte with cold foam, so I know how the cold foam should look like but in this case the lavender cold foam, in my Matcha did not look Good at all. The lavender cold foam did not sit properly at the top and the Little cold foam that it did had it was barely any. I asked the ladies if that was how it supposed to look like and they said yes, so I just took their word for it. A couple days after this happen, I went to a different location and I asked for the same thing and my watch looked way better. I Was so disappointed on this location. Very unhappy with this place. I'm highly sensitive to dairy, and everytime I come into this location and order a drink with a dairy substitute, they never listen to me. This is the THIRD time this has happened. I order my drink and when I get it, it has regular milk in it. I even ASK the baristas if it has regular milk in it, and they always tell me "no! It has your milk substitute!" They lied to me AND made me severally sick. I excused it the first time because the location was busy, and accidents happen. I don’t know who is hiring or training these Baristas but you are choosing WONDERFUL people! They are always so kind and like to chat when they have time. They have always gotten my order right every single time and I come in a couple times a week. They also make my customized drink perfectly every time too! And if/when the day comes where it’s not right (cuz we are all human) I know they will not make me feel bad when I kindly let them know, unlike other locations have done. And I’m sure they will be more than happy to fix it cuz that’s type of people who work here. I will drive past other Starbucks locations to come...
