Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bentonville

Was leaving town for a few days ordered so I could pick up on my out of town. The box of donut/cake holes (50 total) were incorrect in the amount of each different type and the type of donut holes were wrong. The worker was rude about it well big orders you should come in to make an purchase I tell everyone that our online system doesn't tell us everything you order... ( My thought was Wow like uh weird because you were able to see the order to place the wrong ones in here.) He said we're out of all flavors except for these 4 flavors so I just did those instead. I said well I would have appreciated being told you guys were out of something so I could have chosen what to do or what to replace it for. Then he got mad and said you know what what flavors did you ask for I told him and he said well pick out of those 4 types they have from the order to replace the ones I ordered that they didn't have I did so and then he tossed/slammed the box/package down on the counter and said here just take these so you can have free donuts.. I WAS JUST SURPRISED BY HIS ATTITUDE AND HIS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I STATED THAT I ONLY WANT WHAT I ORDERED CORRECTED. TRIED GIVING HIM THE WRONG ITEMS BACK TO SWITCH OUT FOR THE CORRECT ORDER. HE SAID WELL I DON'T CARE REALLY TAKE THE ORDER YOU SAID WAS WRONG AND THE CORRECTED BOX/PACKAGE. I TOLD HIM IM SORRY IF YOUR HAVING A BAD DAY IM JUST TRYING TO GET THE CORRECT ORDER NOT TO MAKE HIM MAD OR TO GET ANYTHING FROM IT. HE SAID TAKE YOUR FREE PACKAGE TO ENJOY THE FREE DONUTS.. (WHICH IS STUPID BECAUSE I PAID FOR THEM HE JUST GAVE THE WRONG ITEMS.) I ONLY WANTED THEM REPLACED WITH THE CORRECT ORDER WHICH IS WHY I TRIED GIVING HIM THE WRONG ITEMS BACK BUT HE WAS TOO RUDE. MY FIRST TIME BEING TO DUNKIN AND I WONT BE BACK...

This Dunkin' Donuts is the best one I've been to I was coming back from Mercy in Rogers and driving a 49 I felt like having a pumpkin muffin and a latte I called Dunkin' Donuts the girl said they only had two muffins left I told her where I was on 49 and I asked her if I could possibly save them and then I should be there shortly I even told her I would pay for them right then and there and just come and pick them up she told me that was not necessary that she will put them on the side for me ask me my name I told her when I got there I walked in I said hi I had called a little while ago and she said yes Kevin I said yes she handed me my bag with my name on it and it said say for Kevin and it was my two muffins and I was able to get my pumpkin spice latte and I had asked them about the pumpkin muffins when do they get them and they said that they go very quickly when they put them out in the mornings they go basically as soon as they put them out I asked if it would be possible if I called and paid ahead of time could I reserve like six muffins and they told me absolutely they said that I wouldn't even have to pay ahead of time that I can call but I could not reserve more than 6 muffins and I said that would not be a problem and they told me that they open at 5:00 a.m. and then if I can call as close to 5:00 a.m. as possible so this way they can get my muffin saved for me talking about being professional polite friendly and the muffins were outrageous as well as the latte and...

I ordered a strawberry coolatta as an afternoon pick me up. At the drive through window they brought me coolatta with whipped cream on top, when I apologized and refused to take it because I’m allergic to milk, the women made me a new one but not without lecturing me about telling them to make it without whipped cream next time I order it. How about I do you one better lady and not order from Dunkin’ Donuts again! I’m tired of the lack of customer service that I have received at my last two visits.

It doesn’t have it on the picture on the menu and even online they say they will only give you whipped cream if you ask for it. I am allergic to milk and try to order things without a lot of it, because asking people to not include milk in my orders only works 50% of the time. The trace amounts in this drink is fine unless you put whipped cream on top, then you send me to the bathroom for hours of pain.

Where do I get better service??? Starbucks. Maybe the coffee is better at Dunkin’, but overall experience matters way more to me, and I have never been treated like this over the years...
