Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Berea

the Papa John's on 8600 W Golf Rd Il, 60714 has by far the worst pizza. I'm not sure if it's the employees attitude that contributes to it but 2 pizza and a litter of Pepsi was $51 dollars. I order a large cheese with extra cheese we'll done and chessy bread sticks! when the pizza arrived I noticed the large cheese pizza had more sauce then cheese! usually I wouldnt of minded but because the price was so expensive I called to say something! when I finally spoke to the manager all he did was yell and talk over me saying he put extra cheese on both pizza's when he clearly did not and seeing how the pizza was soggy it clearly wasn't we'll done either. when I asked for a refund he said absolutely not all while yelling. at me, finally when he allowed me to speak I suggested that maybe they could exchange the large extra cheese well done and finally agreed and told me that it would be delivered within 90-120min now keep in mind the time was 1030pm and they close at 12 so I agreed, he then proceeded to ask me to leave it on the porch and that the driver would just exchange it! we'll 1230am came around and no pizza so my family and I not only had our time wasted but we also lost 50$ on food we never ate. so I just wanted to thank Papa John for highering such lovely and polite people! personally I will never order from this location again and I hope anyone who reads this review will do the same! so thanks again for wasting my money and my time Papa John

I've given this location many tries and 99% of the time, it's been a complete disappointment. Three incidents have really stuck out. First, I ordered a pan cheese pizza. Not only was the pizza uneven (thin on one side and thicker on the other), it was also completely raw. Being pregnant, its incredibly bad to have anything raw/undercooked. I called, told them. They said they would refund me (they didn't). Second time, we waited over an hour for delivery and it said it was delivered (it wasnt). I called, they said they knocked on the door (they didnt, our table is right next to the door), they also said I would get a refund (I still got charged, no refund). The third and final time, I placed my order online, but before it was delivered it was voided. I called, they again said they couldn't find our apartment. I said I will come pick up my pizza and want a refund. I came and the entire shop was empty. I called, yelled and waited for over 10 minutes until someone came out from the cooler. All I got was a simple sorry and my pizza. I'm gonna keep an eye on my bank account and if I get charged again, I'm gonna call and get my refund back because this is...
