Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Berea

I'm a student at BW and Domino's is one of few outside locations that we can spend our "swipe" or Jacket Express balance. I don't think I've ever had a good experience getting a pizza from this restaurant. The wait times are usually horrendous. There are plenty of employees milling around in the kitchen area, but not much seems to be getting done. Recently, I waited behind one person at the register for 10 minutes only to be told that a medium pepperoni pizza would be a 30 minute wait. I've also had friends order pizzas to be delivered and wait, I kid you not, 2 hours for pizza. The pizza arrived cold and they were not given any discount, even after asking. Another concern is the fact that none of the employees ever wear gloves when handling ingredients. It's possible they have some protocol to ensure that the preparation space is sanitary, but I have worked in food service in a very similar setting and it's very common that employees need to wear gloves whenever touching any food products.

It would be greatly appreciated if the Berea Domino's could, for lack of a better phrase, step up their game. It's a shame, but I know that I speak for myself and many others when I say that I only eat there because it's included in my meal plan. It's possible that this deal between BW and the restaurant has allowed Domino's and its employees to become a bit lax in their operation. I ordered delivery well before closing. They canceled my order the SECOND the clock hit half hour before close. I called the number to at least try and place my order, and sat on hold until they actually WERE closed. There's a reason they were my last choice: they were open. Now, they're not even that. Boooooo. Edit: 2 months later, I placed an order online, around 10:30 pm. Says they close at midnight. Again, they took my order, took my MONEY, and an hour later, no food.... I called the number, and they were closed. AGAIN. I was transferred to the next closest store, where I was pretty much told I was out of luck (and out of about $45),and I should see a credit. No credit, no pizza, and no help! I'm no Karen, but the person I spoke with at the "next closest open store" was less than helpful too. I could hardly understand the guy, and I had to ask him again & again to repeat himself. End story: my order never came, and by the time I found outit wasn't GOING to, it was too late to even pick up an order at the next closest store. They literally ran out the clock on my freaking dinner. (twice, now. Maybe this is my fault. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice... Ugh.) These guys are total garbage as a pizza place. Whether the pizza is any good, I couldnt tell you.... I literally haven't been able to place an order that I've actually received. EVER. What the hell?!?! Not going to get fooled...

Havnt had Domino's for years wife and I thought we would try it ordered a sub ,large pizza,wings and garlic nuts with marina cheese dip .Absolutely mad at the whole experience I walked in to get order no one greeted me then a woman after looking up at me multiple times asked if I was there to pick up told her my name she put order on counter and walked away they were not busy it was 3 in the afternoon woman behind me said wow how rude and she left without ordering get home wings were still ice cold and not cooked my pizza was completely doughy and sub was actually burnt I instantly called up there no answer at all for more than a half hour then someone answered I asked for a manager and they hung up and then would not answer my call back at all. I definitely will be telling my community members to definitely not waste there time or money I usually don't write reviews but this was an absolute disgusting experience.
