Very disappointing food. I can understand food being prepared in different style but here i felt there was complete lack of sincerity. The sheer arrogance that you can put anything on the table is what is disheartening. I even felt bad for the non-Indians in the restaurant who are tasting this food and making an opinion about Indian cuisine. The bhatura was extremely dry and brittle. The whole thing crumbled like potato wafers. The malabar parrotha was a bigger disaster. It was so dry that it felt like Thermocol paper. You can’t even fold it to hold the curry without breaking it. It seems like the chef has never had bhatura or malabar parrota ever. Please remove these items from the menu! Dosa was ok. Chutneys and sambhars were very average. Sometimes these are prepared “mild” to cater to western palate so it’s understandable. But sir, parrota and bhatura, please don’t call them that. Give...

I was really excited to try this place after an Indian friend recommended it to me, but my experience was really frustrating and disappointing. I placed an order for ASAP pickup through one of the apps on their website and it said I’d receive notifications of order status updates. Half an hour later, and the status is still “confirmed”. I tried calling twice; on the first try, an automated voice said the number couldn’t be reached; on the second, all I got was a weird fax machine noise. After an hour I went to the restaurant and the host said I should have come sooner because it typically only takes 10-15 minutes for orders to be ready. I preordered a Diwali meal for my son online. We live in different states. The order states that it should be delivered tomorrow instead they delivered it today without checking the order. When my son told me I called them and the lady who picked up the phone said it is not our responsibility. It is the responsibility of the delivery service. Mind you I ordered from the restaurant’s website. I expect the restaurant to fulfill my order and not the delivery service. As a business is it not your responsibility to fulfill the orders correctly? And the best part , that lady hung up on me saying that they were very busy.
