This has been my favorite little place to get some cute items quickly for my children and my entire home.
My experience has always been pleasant… I was always greeted at the door and could find someone to help and ask questions quite easily.
My experience yesterday was so poor I almost throw up in disbelief. Carine was the employee on duty and I took my top to return. I spent over $200 dollars the day before on some frivolous things, the top being one of the items.
I didn’t have my receipt but I was always told that if I have a return I was never to worry because my phone number would be linked to my receipts. This woman found all the possible reasons to let me know how she couldn’t help and not one reason to help me with the return.
I know there must be a way without the physical receipt and therefore I asked for the manager, she proudly stated she was the manager as if to say you will not be helped. I started brainstorming with her to see how I could get this resolved.
What was most annoying was her loud attitude. She was talking with me and the entire store was alerted with her loud tone. She said she didn’t have a tag and nothing could be done… I asked if another item would have the number she was looking for she mentioned yes but she would not be going to look for the item. I told her not to worry I know where the top is and I could get it.
The experience was so poor and disappointing. Even though it was resolved it left a bitter taste in my mouth. The woman treated me as though it was something personal. Pretty hate does exist and in this case it was felt. She had an instant attitude when I met her.

   Read moreMy husband and I went their a few days ago to finish up our Christmas shopping. The experiences was horrible.They racially profiled my husband and I from the time we walked in. The lady at the door stalled us I guess so they can get a good look at us. She gave us three diffrent shopping carts. She claimed everyone she gave us was not working properly. As we proceed to shop only been in the store 5minutes. Here comes another lady with an outfit in her hand askung us where we the couple looking for this outfit. The same lady comes back over to where we were shopping saying I can't find the people and proceeds to hang the outfit on the rack where we was shopping.Then here comes another lady saying excuse me I have to hang this here . What a coincidence she is putting it on the same rack I was shopping on. Then here comes a third lady asking me if that was my cart. She clearly knows it was mine because they where watching us the whole time. At that point I'm upset so I just gathered the things I had and was making my way to check out.Then we get to check out hear comes the guy thats been following us around with a headset on. Im an assistant manager in retail I know what they did and how they profiled us is unacceptable. I spent about 200 hundred dollars and would have spent a whole lot more more if they didnt make us feel uncomfortable. I even made my husband apply for a credit card and was approved. WE Will never shop their again.We will take our credit card for burlington some where elese.That sad part about it I have to travel further and this one is close to my home.    Read moreThe supervisor Named Kim was very rude in the way she would talk and explain things she made me feel like i was trying to do something wrong and also was talking super loud for everyone to hear! my son ripped off the burlington tag but the manufacturer tag was still on and someone else i guess scratched off the price on the manufacturers tag and i know she thought it was me so she did not want to return it or exchange it mind you the item was a clearance item! i asked for a manager she tells me they will tell me the same thing with an attitude & that’s fine but she could of handled it a lot better, she should not work customer service! The manager came over and she was super nice i wish i remember her name but thank you to her anyways! i bought my children $275 worth of clothes and there was just those two pieces that didn’t fit them and i wanted...
