The owner is defensive, the kitchen has no idea of safe food handling. Thank god the bartenders know how to do customer service. Jeff, Laurie, Hailey,kim,cody all great. The owner has her own agenda and it ain't about the customer service ever. Never once has been, she is rude and unwelcoming. Screamed at me when i asked how long my burger on a 34 min wait would take.... With 3 other small food orders?!??She told me i was never allowed in again because i questioned her ability to not cross contaminate food. Suggestion would be to close the open view to their poor health regulations. Poor attitude from an owner that took over such a established place no one comes to anymore. Poor attitude, VERY poor ownership. Spent more on a poorly built deck than how to handle people giving them money for crap food. Victoria should understand how to be a business owner before she thinks being a bully or a showcase to what was built before her. Everyone i know dislikes the new ownership. Rude, not...

I had the ribs and they were very good, and as a big fan of the baby back cut I typically don't much enjoy St. Louis ribs. These ribs opened my mind to further review on that long-standing debate. The atmosphere, my opinion albeit limited to this one experience so far, is reminiscent of past establishments at this location, which for me is a rare nostalgic dividend. I would much rather have good food and a proper cocktail here than support the bougie and pretentious, entitlement-friendly establishments encroaching on Berthoud. Consistently good BBQ has been hard to find in recent years, so I am very much looking forward to digging a little deeper into the menu based on this...

We went there for lunch today, not even aknowledged when we went in, 10 min until the lady finally saw us and brought a menu.All 3 of us had to visit the toilet nonstop afterwards, still 8 hours later. Avoid this place, food was not that great, homemade pastrami had no flavor, brisket and bbq sauce bland flavorless, and made us all sick. If it was just one of us could have been something else, but all 3!! If you want a colon cleanse eat here. Fake reviews on this place, beware.
