Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Berthoud

First off the most important thing is the coffee, ZIggi's gets this right from the start robust and smooth coffee that makes any morning better. The flavors and options of drinks they have is second to none and the biggest area that pushes them over the edge is their sugar-free selection. Many of the national chains have very limited sugar free options...Enter Ziggi's. Every possible flavor I could ever want in both regular and sugar free.

Second is service. While I am mentioning service second it is by no means second. This team is the most friendly and helpful group of baristas out there. If you want to try a new drink they will find you something perfect and they will always do it with a smile and contagious joy. I always leave Ziggi's with a smile and whole heartedly reccomend...

I called 3 days in a row to assure I could buy 4 travelers coffee from their location for an order for TEACHER APPRECIATION and they all told me NO PROBLEM. Morning of my order, they just told me "sorry, it's mother's day." First of all, it's Friday. Second I've been calling since Wednesday morning with my big order & at 630am you just decide "it's no big deal?!" Told the teachers at the elementary I was going to buy them a surprise of coffee and treats, but I guess making your order in advance means absolutely nothing. Even though this store is across my street. I'll never come here again, after their actions caused a lie to our school system. Thank you for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. so much for supporting...

Not going out and out bash this location, but I've had challenges before. Twice my coffee has been slightly incorrect, i.e. making it sugar free when asking for skim milk or giving the wrong size but being charged for the size that was ordered. Also have had my card punched incorrectly or under punched. Have been given the chocolate bean when asked if I wanted it and have clearly said no. None of this is a deal breaker on it's own, but given I've been here 6 times, it feels like there is a general lack of attentiveness. The coffee is great, but it just feels like the priority is on speed and not so much accuracy or...
