I visited this location October 5, 2025 at approximately 13:20 and had difficulty using kiosk and decided to go to the placed my order manually at the counte with a male cashie due to the app not being able to capture my app selection. He was very kind and patient as he also experienced the same challenges I had at kiosk. The cashier invited me to come around the counter to assist with visualization of an item that was difficult to locate. As we we're viewing the selections from his cashier's monitor, a disgruntled and very threatening female employee came and stated " you cannot be back here, even though the male cashier and I stated that I was invited and did not just walk back there. The female employee began to become irrational and very aggressive towards me and got in my face! She was so close that she almost physically made contact with my body. At that point I stated for her to back up and she continued with her aggression. I was very afraid at that point that I was going to have to physically defend myself before the manager approached and the female employee finally walked away upon the managers intervention and verbally threatened me again. This behavior was unnecessary, inappropriate, and unbecoming of an employee that is supposed to be a happy peaceful environment. I'm also glad that I didn't have to defend myself physically by knocking her out and possibly...
Read moreOn Sunday, January 25, 2015 I was returning from a family gathering in Gaithersburg, MD in the early morning hours. My kids got hungry so I decided to take them to McDonalds. When I got to the Drive Thru, I made my order, one Kids Happy Meal and 2 Number 6 meals. When I got to the window to pay, the manager (Vilma Aragon) told me that they were only taking cash, that the credit card machine wasn't working and that she could not give me a receipt. I told her I wanted a receipt, especially because they were missing a Sandwich and the amount they told me on the Drive Thru was different than what she wanted me to pay ($28 and some change). She got upset and said something along the lines, "what do you think we're stealing" and threw a soda to me and my wife who was seating in the front with me. My kids were in the back and also got splashed with the soda. I got very upset but drove off, took my family home, called the police and went back to the Mcdonalds to confront them with the Police there. I filed a police report and this week (time permitting) I will go file an assault charge against this lady and, a civil law suit against McDonalds. My kids are now traumatized of going to McDonalds and wondering why this lady splashed them with soda. Very unprofessional!! I hate McDonalds...
Read moreAfter waiting in their weirdly shaped parking lot, I was finally able to join the line for drive-thru. When I got to the menu, I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich with an iced coffee. The employee told me it would cost around $8.50, and that seemed quite high to me. I looked at the display to see that she had charged me for an egg, sausage and cheese sandwich and added some weird drink upgrade code. I inquired about the added sausage, and the worker assured me I would be receiving what I ordered, but she had to ring it up that way. As I was pulling up to pay, my worries about the cost and mis-charged items began to swirl in my head, so I quickly pulled out of the line and left the premises without paying or eating. As I was driving home, yearning for McDonald's, I decided to try the location closer to my house (I went to Berwyn Heights initially because I was shopping in the area). I ordered the exact same items, and was charged $4.30 for the lot. My receipt also didn't mention sausage, and although there's always a drink upgrade for iced coffee, this restaurant's fee was significantly lower. I'm not sure if this error was a matter of poor training, or intentional gouging, but I will be avoiding this location...
