Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bethel Park

Terrible SERVICE ... Went last week at around 8:00 PM, store close time was at 9:00 PM asked the attendant from the drive through that I would like two separate orders of six donuts each ... Right of the top “I can’t sell you two orders because these donuts are for tomorrow morning” Okay, can I please have 6 glazed “I can not sell you all glazed, only two of the same flavor, these donuts are for tomorrow” ... Okay, that is fine, but could you please sell me another 4 donuts at least in a separate order; my parents are in the car with me and they would like to take some home with them and the other order are for my home. “No I can not, and do muy Drive through again because I will not service the same vehicle twice. Went last night again July 13, 2020, at 8:15 PM drive thru ask the attend for a dozen donuts, attendant Jacob (I asked his name) said we have no donuts we through them out we close in 1/2 hour and we are cleaning up ... I proceeded to go to the Dunkin store in Mt. Lebanon on Washington Road which is where I live (no drive thru) therefore, I walked in got my donuts, spoke to the manager there and he said this was unacceptable they do not discard of any goods until after store closed ... I am calling corporate and demanding to speak with...

Got in drive thru with only 5 cars in front of me and 1 bar of gas left.. literally 30mins later (once in drive thru its not easy to back or pull out) I pull up to the window, where thr manager ignored me while taking the next drive thru order then proceeded to an in store oder and started grabbing them multiple dozen doughnuts, while the rest of the staff ignored me when passing the window. So now I've spent 30mins at the drive thru and an additional 8mins sitting at the window without even so much as a look my direction... so when he started grabbing the next dozen for the in store oder (I only ordered a chocolate milk and 2 doughnuts) I lightly knocked on the window to politely ask for my 2 doughnuts cause I was now worried about having enough gas to make it to a gas station, the manager snapped and came over unhinged screaming at me for kocking on the window and about how he was understaffed, I tried explaining how I was low on gas but he just kept screaming about how he was going to call the police because I knocked on the drive thru window while he was actively ignoring me... worst customer service I've ever had. Will not be coming back to this location. If corporate wants to deal with this manager, my service or lack of service was 05/03/2024...

Horrible! I have visited this location a total of 4 times. Everytime I have had horrible service. The first two times, they gave me the wrong order. The third time, I pulled up to the speaker and told the employee I wasn't sure what I wanted. I knew I wanted an iced coffee but I wasn't sure if I had to ask for cream and sugar. So I proceeded to ask her a few questions about the 'flavored' coffees......she was so rude. She cut me off Everytime I spoke. She talked over me and rushed me. Keep in mind, THEY WERE NOT BUSY. I ended up backing out of the drive through and left. So, my husband and I went there one more time. We went into the restaurant this time. A manager happened to be standing behind the register...so, I told him my story and what had happened prior to this visit. He stood there and stared at me with a blank look and shrugged his shoulders. He did not care at all. I never go to Dunkin donuts. I am not familiar with there menu. As a new customer, wouldn't you think Dunkin donuts staff should have been more helpful? Time to find a new staff for the bethal park store! Go...
